Dit klassieke Sheridan Beach Cottage ligt op een steenworp afstand van Lake Michigan. Kom ontspannen in dit 4 slaapkamer, 2 badkamer huis dat alles is wat je wilt in een strandhuis. Het heeft een open luchtig plattegrond dat van kamer naar kamer stroomt, u kunt genieten van kwaliteitstijd met iedereen en genoeg ruimte om een grote familie te houden. Het heeft een groot scherm in veranda, een dek van de achterkant van het huis en een grote tuin met een vuurput! Dit huisje is alles wat u nodig heeft om uw zomervakantie optimaal te laten halen. Met twee aparte familiekamers; Één bij de keuken en het dineren en de andere op hetzelfde niveau is er ruim voldoende ruimte voor het hele gezin. De woonkamer heeft een slimme t. V. Met streaming mogelijkheden. De meester heeft een kingsize bed, slaapkamer # 2 heeft drie stapelbedden, 2-tweepersoonsbedden / tweeling 1-2 tweelingen, slaapkamer # 3 heeft 2 tweelingen. Slaapkamer # 4 heeft 1 tweepersoonsbed. Dit huis heeft alles wat je kan voorstellen voor een strandhuis. Ontlucht de stad voor een week en geniet van comfort, rust en zon!

Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
