We had a fantastic and restful stay at villa colibri. The property is beautiful and well appointed. We felt very comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. This was everything we were looking for in a vacation home. Looking forward to returning soon.

The place needs a lot of upgrade and maintenance. Broken tiles, water damage, mold in drawers, old cabinets, sinking floor by the kitchen....

Mexico 2023 Visit

What a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting and a beautiful view of the lake. Abraham the owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable with all the conveniences of home. I would highly recommend and will be back.

The pool was cloudy when we arrived. There was mild in the fridge and freezer. The jacuzzi was dirty with hair shavings in the drain. The kitchen faucet barely worked and kept falling off. We were promised a BBQ grill which did not arrive until the last week we were there. We bought food based on being able to use a grill. Not happy or satisfied at all. Several times the hot water tank stopped working several times.

The best rental I have ever stayed at.

A luxury house that is spacious, extremely clean, and had everything you could want in a vacation home. Nice private location with security gates so you can park inside the property. Massive, spacious communal areas: tv room, kitchen with 2 islands, dining room that can hold 15 people, and living room. 2 bedrooms with two beds each, each with their own full bathroom. The master suite is a whole separate wing of the house. Huge bathroom. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the pool and the lake. And it has an outdoor door to the patio and pool. We stayed with our extended family and me, my spouse and two small kids took the master bedroom and it felt like we had our own private space. The outdoor space has a wrap around patio with two tables that could fit 15 people or so. Large grass area. The pool was clean, and warm. This property could be in a movie. You will feel like a movie star staying here. It is great for families. I had an infant, toddler, 5 year old, teenager, and 5 adults. It was perfect for all ages. I am saving the best for last: Abraham the property manager. He went above and beyond in every way. He sent me detailed access info, instructions and videos to find the keys, all before I had to ask. He was 3 steps ahead of me. He would respond to messages within minutes. He even put a crib in the room for the baby. He is truly special. We are already planning our next stay here, just to stay at this house. Thank you Abraham!
