Nestled in Babin Kuk, Lapad, this charming apartment with a private terrace and sea view offers easy access to the nearby beach and the lively pedestrian zone, filled with a variety of bars and restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on the terrace while admiring the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.
This spacious two-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers 102 sqm of comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare homemade meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, unwind on the private terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the sea!
All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Private parking is included.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Lovely flat, clean and tidy and great for a few days in Dubrovnik. Shops and buses nearby. The photos slightly exaggerated its location and views (as majority of view looking into a roof of a big hotel). Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Silva's place is the perfect location, right up the hill from a beautiful bay with pebble beach and a waterfront walkway lined with restaurants, bars, and access points to swimming holes, cliff jumping, etc. The view from the veranda is gorgeous. The street is narrow and parking tight to the building on the sidewalk is a bit nerve wracking for Dubrovnik first timers, and pack lightly if on the third floor. But every day seems to be leg day in Dubrovnik . Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic apartment, furnishings to a high standard and it was lovely to sit on the balcony first thing in the morning and later into the evening. Great location, Lapad main town with the restaurants is around a 10 minute walk, and close to the beach also.

Beautiful place to stay! The apartment is close by the beach and lots of nice restaurants whilst only being a 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik old town. Would definitely recommend!
