Emplacement ideal

L’appartement est spacieux,agréable,jouit d’un emplacement de premier ordre avec vue sur la plage toute proche.Tout s’est bien passé « côté conciergerie » UN Bémol :comment récupère t on l’a somme de 100 € facturée a l’origine pour le ménage qui est présenté sur place comme une simple caution avec obligation finalement dans le livre d’accueil de faire le ménage avec des exigences importantes ,ce que nous fîmes .MERCI

Semaine en famille en août

Emplacement de l’appartement idéal (nombreuses activités à proximité et possibilité de tout faire à pied) et vue imprenable ! Échanges très fluides avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour en famille avec 3 enfants en bas âge. Je recommande !

Bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux et bien équipé mais ménage bien décevant. Manque de propreté. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles, dans les coins, sur les plinthes. Dans les chambres, il ne faut surtout pas déplacer les chevets, et un oreiller du studio très très sale. Dommage d'exiger un tarif pour la prestation ménage et trouver un appartement dans cet état. De ce fait, nous hésiterons à recommander Abritel ou à renouveler notre expérience, à moins qu'un geste commercial puisse nous être accordé, mais en doutons.

Séjour à Pontaillac au delà de nos attentes

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement confortable, propre et spacieux. Et avec une vue incroyable sur la plage de Pontaillac! A proximité directe du petit centre et au calme, cette location est parfaitement située. Echanges faciles et agréables tant avec la propriétaire qu'avec la personne en charge des clés. Parking sur place. Annonce 100% conforme à la réalité du bien. Entièrement satisfait, je reviendrai très certainement.

Splendide vue!

La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe! Le séjour c'est très bien passé : résidence splendide et je ne vous parle pas de la vue depuis l'appartement.
