Beautiful 70-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a residence facing the sea on Avenue des Vagues in the prestigious Foncillon neighborhood, between the Palais des Congrès and Pontaillac.
The entrance to the apartment opens onto the large living area, decorated in a seaside style that makes you feel like you’re on vacation from the moment you walk in. A sleeper sofa provides sleeping space for 2 people.
The living area is very bright and features a dining table where you can enjoy a meal while listening to the sound of the waves. Direct access to the balcony (outdoor furniture provided).
From this room, you can step into the very relaxing sitting area. TV and internet are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped (filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer…) and has been renovated. A washing machine is available.
The bathroom (shower) features a single sink, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.
Finally, the two bedrooms:
—the first with a 160-cm bed.
—the second with two 90-cm beds. Each bedroom has storage space.
Baby gear is available: a travel crib without a mattress.
The apartment has a designated parking spot, and free parking is available on the street.
A fitness trail connects the seaside to the thalassotherapy center, passing right by the apartment. You can also walk to the bakery, the Coop, and all the shops in downtown Royan.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are available
