With the clean lines of modern architectural design, and an ultra-contemporary feel to its spacious interiors, this fabulous villa oozes style. And with a 50 m2 private swimming pool and state-of-the-art equipment, function is just as impressive as form. But the single most stunning feature of Feyre Boutique Mansion is not actually the villa itself. It is the breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea, enjoyed from the pool terrace, the swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, from the large windows in the sitting room and even from the three first floor bedrooms and their covered balconies. Last but not least, its fantastic location, just 50 meters away from the beach, is what you will love most. Also, it is just a short stroll from the sandy beaches and village of Sfakaki and Stavromenos, with ample selection of nice tavernas and cafes. Its proximity to Rethymno Old Town is also very convenient and a great base for excursions.

Layout

The fully air-conditioned property has been thoughtfully designed with the accommodation divided over two floors and covering 200 m2. A careful fusion of modern and natural furnishings give this newly built, spacious villa a stylish sophistication. Wooden furniture and crisp white walls make for a comfortable yet cool space, ideal for those hot summer days. Designed with large families or groups of friends in mind, the villa strikes the perfect balance between private and communal living and can accommodate 10 people across 5 stylish bedrooms.

Ground Floor

The ground level is a spacious and airy open-plan living living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sitting area features a 55 smart TV with Netflix, comfortable sofa and offers direct access to the pool, while enjoying beautiful water vistas. The kitchen next to it, offers everything essential for a self catered holiday, including an indoor dining table, while it offers direct access to the outdoor dining table. Furthermore, two of the bedrooms, one of which features two single beds (0,90 X 2,00, that an also be joined together to form a king size bed upon request) and the other one offers a king size double bed (1,60 X 2,00), both opening to the outdoor area, are located on the ground floor. Finally, a laundry room, including a washing machine and clothes dryer can be found on this level.

First Floor

The villas first floor holds the three remaining bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a king size double bed (1,60 X 2,00) and the third one with two single beds (0,90 X 2,00, that an also be joined together to form a king size bed upon request). All bedrooms are air conditioned, have 32 TVs, window screens and each one is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

Outdoor Area

To make things even better the 800 m2 outdoor space of Feyre Boutique Mansion, which offers amazing, panoramic views of the sea, also offers a variety of facilities include:

- A 50m2 private swimming pool, 1,50 m deep, that can also be heated with an additional daily charge. Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.

- Bean bag loungers, comfortable chaise longues and umbrellas.

- Shaded outdoor sitting room ideal for relaxation with direct access to the living room.

- A 4 seater hot tub, fully tiled with jets for air-massage and chromotherapy options.

- There will be two portable sunbeds and one umbrella available for use at the beach located just below the villa.

- Large, poolside, shaded, al fresco dining table, with direct access to the kitchen.

- Lawn covered area by the pool, ideal for the kids to play.

- Fully equipped gas BBQ.

- Parking space for 3 cars.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
