Welcome to your peaceful rural villa retreat in Loulé, surrounded by complete privacy just 4 km from Continente supermarket, 6 km from Mar Shopping (modern mall with stores, outlet and cinema for family fun), and 7 km from Aquashow water park!



This modern single-storey 4-bedroom house delivers tranquillity and comfort for families craving quiet escapes. Picture yourself unwinding on the vast lawn after a fun water park or mall day, enjoying al fresco lunches under the covered terrace, or letting kids run free in the garden sunshine. Ideal for relaxed family holidays amid nature.



Step inside to four bedrooms with modern decor and air conditioning throughout two doubles and two twins, thoughtfully split across both sides of the house. Each side shares a bathroom with shower, plus a handy service WC, ensuring no morning queues. The kitchenette offers fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob for easy meals, while a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer keeps things simple.



Guests love the expansive garden with its immense lawn, multiple relaxation spots and covered outdoor dining area with furniture perfect for sunny lunches, evening barbecues or stargazing in total privacy.

On the whole we had a good stay.

The shower was broken on arrival, spraying water everywhere. We messaged and this was quickly sorted. We did say that the water temperature in the shower was almost too hot to stand under but this was never sorted.

Thank you for a lovely stay

The villa was extremely well located very close to the supermarket. Layout was great - we were 2 families making up 8 people, so the layout was perfect. The welcome pack and initial meet was also wonderful although would recommend a few more washing pods for those staying longer. Unfortunately finding the villa proved tricky. No fault of the owner. Even though we followed the pinned location provided, Apple maps kept sending us elsewhere which seems to be a problem with Apple maps rather than the villa. However the villa has been advertised as Villa Isabelle but the name on the plaque outside was different which led to some confusion when trying to find it but, the communication was fantastic and we managed to get there in the end.

Nice house

House was nice. Garden superb. Road was small to get there. We enjoyed our stay. But pool wasn't cleaned in ten days. Als the house was cleaned the day before we left. After 5 days stay would be better.

Outside area - loved outside seating, trampoline for children was great, heated swimming pool was also great for young children. Kitchen space and open planned lounge area - very well equipped. Company that look after property very good at communicating, always replied quickly either by text or phone call. Very happy with their service. Sewage trunk having to empty the septic tank whilst we were there (two big lorry’s full). This was very noisy and smelly so a couple of hours so had to stay inside as not good for children to be outside with this going on. Not being able to wash up or use kitchen sink for 2 days as sewage tank was full and was bubbling up through sink. Very unhygienic. This should have been done before our stay. Water temperature in bathrooms, very warm not able to turn it colder. We found it hard to shower our children as they thought it was too warm. Also very weak water pressure in bathroom shower to left of property.

Another lovely stay at Villa Isabelle

The location is great for Loule centre whilst being in a lovely countryside surrounding. A car is needed to get around. The house is all on one level making it very easy to get around. The grounds are the biggest bonus! We had a small leak in the kitchen during our stay which was dealt with quickly, The maintenance team are always available to help and get things fixed when needed. The cleaning staff came on day 6 to clean the house and it was sparkling when they left. We hadn’t expected this mid stay clean. Property management are very friendly and responsive. We love the house it’s very easy to live in. A small thing is that the living room sofa is starting to show signs of wear and tear and overuse. The house would greatly benefit from a new sofa. The kitchen has everything you need. With a great fridge freezer with ice maker which is perfect for cold drinks on hot days. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well decorated.
