Nice place to stay in Downtown Toronto

Unit is modern and clean. Host is very responsive, provided everything I needed, and very helpful with any issues. Easy check in process. Amenities like gym in building closes at night. Can get a bit noisy inside unit with sirens outside, loud cars, and neighbor next door doing construction. Hot water sometimes goes off and elevator doesn't work if there's a power outage. Visitor parking is limited in building and not always available. Overall good place to stay and host is very kind.
