This stunning one bedroom condo sits on the 7th floor of the 5 Star Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. This beautiful condominium is the closest 1 bedroom from the water and the beach. There are blue skies for as far as you can see. Below you can see the beautiful beaches and pools of Las Palomas. Sit back, unwind and enjoy the views!
This one bedroom is beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Included is the cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils. Las Palomas itself has several restaurants (Citron and La Maria) including the swim up bar for a quick and easy meal. Don't feel like cooking tonight, just ring Room Service. There are also 4 barbeques downstairs. Every unit at Las Palomas has filtered water available in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a large double sink bathroom and king size bed to relax in. There is a pull out couch that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The condo has 2 large screen TV's, one is in the family room and the other in the master bedroom. Additional features include free high-speed WiFi Internet and a full size washer-dryer.

Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is perfect for your vacation or holiday destination. Its amenities available to you are The Links, an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. There are 7 pools to cool down in along with a 'children's only' pool. 2 lazy rivers and 2 swim-up bars/restaurants. When the sun goes down there are 2 Jacuzzi's to unwind in. Also available are beach palapa's, lounge chairs, beach towels, gas barbecues and a convenience store if you forget the sunscreen. The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort has 24 hour gated security, underground parking and 24/7 check-in.

You will love this beautiful and cozy condominium situated at the right height (7th floor) and the closest from the elevator.

We are a couple from Las Vegas, and originally we came from Romania many years ago. We travel a lot mostly to Europe but now every chance we have we like to come to Mexico.
Your complete satisfaction with this condominium is paramount to us.

Why they chose this property

Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is the closest from Las Vegas to enjoy the ocean. Yes, there is Los Angeles and San Diego but the beauty and the water temperature of Rocky Point doesn't compare with anything around us. Maybe Hawaii, but that's much further.
It is indeed beautiful, perfect vacation spot, very romantic and so much activities for everybody. Kids have a blast with all the pools and the lazy rivers and adults can enjoy everything else including the pool bars, the ocean. golf (Las Palomas has a great and very affordable golf course), the 2 restaurants which are extremely good, and of course long walks on the beach.

What makes this property unique

The views are amazing and extremely relaxing. This cozy and beautifully decorated condo is the closest 1 bedroom from the beach and the ocean.
You feel like you are in paradise.
The height is absolutely perfect, the 7th floor which is high enough to see the endless ocean and low enough to see all the pools, lazy rivers, and all the fun.
