Introducing TheTree Villa

Wake to salt-kissed air and horizon-wide views, then drift into mornings on the terrace with coffee and birdsong carried on the breeze. Days are made for sunlit swims in the heated pool—training against the jet streams if you wish—followed by hydromassage moments in the five-seater whirlpool and slow afternoons on the daybed beside the fire pit. As the light softens, the villa becomes a stage for togetherness: charcoal BBQ and wood-oven feasts, laughter around the outdoor dining loggia, children playing in the garden, and ping-pong matches that stretch long into the evening. When night falls, retreat indoors to calm, design-led comfort—where sea views, warm textures and quiet corners invite deep rest.

External Living: Life outdoors unfolds across 3,000m² of private grounds with a 230m² lawn garden, designed for sun-soaked leisure, family play and effortless open-air entertaining—framed by dramatic seascapes and rolling countryside.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Attic (Fairytale Room)

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.
