Nice property. Well presented. Only issue for me was the amount of stairs to climb to get to it. Air con would have been nice to have with weather being so hot.Overall -had a good holiday here. Reported issue with WC and owner responded very promptly saying he would get this looked at after we went.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 11 Tage in Saint-Jean-de-Monts und auch in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, die 3 Stockwerke zu Fuß waren kein Problem, auch dass die Wohnung etwas hellhörig ist, konnten wir nur einmal vermerken als die Mieter einen Stock über uns etwas später nach Hause gekommen sind.Die Aussicht war sehr schön mit Blick aufa Meer und die Wohnung sehr geräumig. zu bemängeln war die defekte Toilettenbrille, die der Vermieter noch während unseres Aufenthaltes ersetzen wollte, wir dies aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben, weil wir nicht auf den Montéur warten wollten. Der zweite Mangel bestand darin, dass die Lüftung in der Toilette defekt und dem Vermieter bekannt war, er jedoch seit längerem keinen Installateur finden konnte.Die Gegen ist sehr schön und man kann viel mit dem Fahrrad fahren oder wandern.Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.

Trop court , un week end agreable . Ce qui concerne l appartement, il repond a nos criteres de selection. Confortable, bien equipe, bonnes literies, propre, spacieux, lumineux, calme, proche des commodites et vue directe plage que nous avons apprecie du balcon direct. Je recommande sans hesitation.

belle vue océan

la situation de l'appartement est parfaite , la vue également. Nous avons juste été déçu par l'appartement , la fenêtre de la chambre qui ferme à peine ,ce qui a été désagréable car nous avons eu beaucoup de vent.Le logement a été refait , mais on ne fait pas du neuf avec du vieux .... Pas d'ascenseur , il faut avoir un bon cardio ! Voisins du haut très bruyant ...

On a passé de très bon vacances. Appartement grand, très joli, fonctionnel et propre. Face a la plage, proche de la rue piétonne et d activités, restaurants. Parfait. Propriétaire réactif à la différence de la conciergerie qui est inefficace.

le logement a une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Il est très bien situé. l'appartement est lumineux et bien agencé. Un petit bémol sur la fenêtre de la chambre qui fait passer le froid. Accueil par la conciergerie très bien. Très beau souvenir. On reviendra.

Appartement en parfaite équilibre, très fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Goût et confort, comme proximité plage au rdv. Petit hic, tout est fermé, du au COVID19 et de sa saison. Mais sinon marché au alentours, noirmoutier qui est sympa comme balade forêt, vélo... Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour ce lieu agréable. Fred & Florence de Sancerre ;-)

l appartement est très bien une très bonne literie .le seul bémol c est le mobilier du balcon relax très usagé tancarville qui ne tient plus et les pieds de la table en verre qui ne tiennent plus (cela peur être dangereux ).Cela ne nous a pas gâché nos vacances car tout le reste est très très bien

L'océan à portée de main.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé avec une météo idéale ; ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum des kilomètres de plage situés au pied de l'appartement. Les grandes marées et les très beaux couchers de soleil ont ajouté un plus à notre décor en tout point remarquable. L'appartement est de bonne qualité et très bien équipé. Merci à Mr et Mme MUNOS

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Sie ist sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was eine FeWo braucht.Kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehen,aber bei uns kein Minuspunkt,da wir im Urlaub gerne auf Fernsehen verzichten.Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Meerblick.Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig,was wohl an den Luftschächten und dem hellhörigem Treppenhaus liegtWar aber bei uns kein Problem, da die Mitbewohner keinen Lärm gemacht haben. Fazit:sehr schönerUrlaub.Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen

Emplacement très agreable face à la mer, mais appartement situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur

Vaste appartement face à la mer et la belle plage de St Jean de monts. L'appartement est bien équipé et semble régulièrement entretenu. Le point à revoir concerne la Salle de bains qui mérite une modernisation. L'isolation acoustique est celle des années 70, c'est à dire pas top. Il faudrait que l'AG des copropriétaires décide l'installation d'une antenne TNT, car la réception de certaines chaines est aléatoire, surtout pas temps ensoleillé et chaud.

Relaxing location

Clean well equipped apartment, larger than the photos indicated! Particularly liked that it was within walking distance to restaurants, town, and markets. The owner Jose Munos was very quick to respond and immediately resolved a minor issue. Would definitely stay again.
