The Space

Our uniquely styled Sorrento Apartment is located in a modern and elegant building. The architects, the Design Studio focused on enhancing the interior spaces by focusing on the use of original furniture and using fabrics and wallpapers Livio De Simone with considerable colors and textures. All Fabric and Wallpapers used were hand-made and coloured by hand using eco-friendly materials and methods. The Stylish and Modern Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and includes:

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are complete with a large and modern walk in Shower, Hairdryer, Fresh Towels and Complimentary Toiletries and covered with resin with specifically two bands of colours, a lighter grey and a darker to create two overlapping levels. One of the showers in the bathrooms feature Chromotherapy lighting.

Kitchen and Living Room

Kitchen

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities and modern amenities to make a traditional Italian dinner.

Living Room

The living room is completed with a 55″ Flat Screen Smart Tv with Internet, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs and Custom-Made pieces of furniture, in natural wood and lacquered in the same blue that makes it a leitmotif in the whole environment and a hand-made dish service with the colors of the fabrics and wallpapers. Two spherical shaped wall lamps by Flos for and a stainless steel suspension lamp were installed. You will also have access to the outside balcony through the double doors in the living room. The balcony is fully equipped with tables and chairs where you can enjoy the view of the central street of Corso Italia. The custom made sofas in the living room can also each be used as Sofa Beds where an additional 3 guests can stay. You can also find washing machines and laundry facilities available in the apartment.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete access to the whole apartment, luxury bedrooms, bathrooms and private terrace overlooking Corso Italia. Our Luxury Sorrento Apartment is a completely private and independent property, the apartment is located on the first floor and you also have access to a lift or stairs to reach it. There are also easy access facilities for those with disabilities.

Accessibility

As these is historic building, guests who use a wheelchair are required to book the dedicated transportation service at least 15 days prior the check-in.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (from 7pm - Midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
