Additional parking in our street subject to availability, parking in our street is free of charge. - large kitchen, diner, living room. - kitchen fully equipped with: microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dish washing and washing machine. Two full hight fridge freezers to cater for your cooking needs. - heating (underfloor heating in combination with central heating radiators) - iron and ironing board. - hair dryer. - weekly cleaning and sheet change can be arranged at extra cost for longer stays

HOUSE RULES: This is a lovely it nicely as you would treat your own. This is a summary of our most important house rules. Our complete house rules are included with our quote and you will be requested to accept them when booking.
Noise: This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and we wish to maintain friendly relations with our neighbours. The guest agrees to not act in any way that would cause disturbance to local residents.
Non-smoking: Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere in the house. Smoking only allowed in garden where ashtrays must be used and all cigarette butts disposed of safely.
No pets: No pets allowed anywhere in the house or garden.
No casual visitors: The rental varies according to the number of guests. The house is rented to you for no more than the occupancy declared and agreed in the booking (not max occupancy). No other people should be allowed in the house at any time.

Perfect location, unfortunately the property needs some tlc
Perfect location, unfortunately the property needs a really good deep clean and a spruce up. A few of the light fittings were hanging off the ceiling with exposed wires. The towel rail also needs reattaching to the wall correctly. The photos on the listing must of been taken when the property as first rented out. There was also some black bin bags that were left in the garden the whole time we stayed. The bed sheets had bleach stains on them.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy.
Initially you told us that all was fine and that your team was very happy with the house.
You even asked to extend your stay - still no mention of any problems.
Several weeks into your stay you reported some minor issues and our cleaning team promptly addressed them to your satisfaction. (For Health and Safety reasons we had to cancel our booked handyman when you reported that one of your staying team members had contracted Covid. We are thankful that you told us although that meant that last remaining issues could not be resolved during your stay.)
We highly appreciate that you communicated openly with us during your stay so we could ensure your team was happy. But the review you submitted 2 months after checking out took us by surprise as it presented several issues that you previously had not mentioned to us.
We so wish that you would have told us during your stay so we could have sorted them out for you.
We provide a home away from home for companies and contractors such as yourselves. We strive to have happy guests who enjoy their stay and want to return and book again in the future.
Your feedback is very important to us. Over the years we have occasionally been let down by various cleaners. As a result of your review we changed cleaners and selected a very good cleaning company to ensure the house is sparkling clean for each guest stay. So far they have been doing a great job and our recent guests have been very satisfied.
We have also refurbished and upgraded the house. All rooms have been re-painted, there are work desks and office chairs in all bedrooms and handyman jobs have been addressed.
The house actually looks better than the pictures now :)
