Our spacious (66 sq m plus 8 sq m balcony) and recently refurbished duplex apartment is on the fourth floor of this typical apartment building in La Tania and sleeps 6.
There are 2 good size bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms and a sauna. There is a mezzanine which sleeps two.
The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with large picture windows and a door leading out to the south facing balcony with views over the mountains and forest.
The building is located near the top of the resort and you can ski in and out easily. It couldn't be easier to pop home for lunch in the sun before going back to the slopes for an afternoon ski.
If you come by train from Paris to Moutiers its only a half hour taxi ride up the mountain. The resort facilities are a five minute walk away.
Bedroom 1 is as you come into the apartment on the left and has twin beds and a window overlooking the valley.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds is on the mezzanine floor with a window over-looking the mountains.
Mezzanine - this has been extended to accommodate two single beds.
The bathroom on the mezzanine floor has a shower cubicle, toilet, basin and a sauna.
The bathroom on the main floor next to bedroom one has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is located discretely in the living/dining area and is small but adequately equipped with a sink, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and a combi microwave. Filter coffee machine and electric kettle supplied.
There is a washing machine situated in a recess in the entrance hall and rack for drying.
The living/dining room is large, bright and spacious. There is a pine table, bench seat and chairs and two sofas. Large picture windows with door leading out to south facing balcony.
For season 2025/2026 we have a new 43 ins Smart TV with all of the usual apps. Free ultrafast fibre broadband WIFI is available.
We have our own ski locker in the basement and you can ski out from the base of our building to the top of the nursery slopes and on to the main La Tania lift station and at the end of the day ski right to the door via a path off the bottom of the Folyères run.
We have a dedicated interior parking space at the base of our building in a secure car park and an additional exterior parking space in a private car park with a fob operated barrier.
Our property managers will meet you the day of your arrival to welcome you and take care of any queries.
Final cleaning is included.
Bed linen and towels for maximum 6 people are included.

Excellent property; great host with excellent communication. A rare find - it's large and spacious with 8 mattresses and two park parking spaces (although I don't recommend trying to get a campervan in the underground car park: got stuck!).Having a sauna and a washing machine on a ski trip was a delight.Kitchen is a traditional ski apartment affair: a four-ring hob and a combination microwave/oven.Approximately 30 m to access the slopes - brilliant location - away from the noisy side of La Tania. Thanks for a great stay!
Caroline was very helpful before our arrival and and when we requested another person join our party it was no problem.
Check in was easy and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property.

Better be 6 max. Small kitchen. Not enough cooking facilities for 6/8 persons. Better with combi lock, especially on ski locker. Indoor parking space is too small. Outdoor parking space couldn’t be found, couldn’t see the number on the ground.
Should be a clearer warning about using sauna. Caused electric to trip

Wohnung für 6 Personen perfekt (7&8 muss im Wohnzimmer auf der Coach schlafen - geht sehr gut).Ausstattung passt, parken für 2 Autos möglich, wobei TG sehr eng, Zugang zur Piste via Skikeller sehr gut (ca. 80m).
Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout est prévu pour accueillir la famille et profiter des pistes dans les meilleures conditions.

Prettig verblijf gehad in dit grote appartement met 6 personen. Alles was schoon en volgens advertentie aanwezig.
Het gehele complex is echt gedateerd en heeft onderhoud nodig. Parkeren was bij ons beperkt door de werkzaamheden in de kelder en hierdoor stond de straat tjokvol met auto's.
Maar overall een erg prettige verblijf gehad en zowel de eigenaar als de concierge zijn snel en goed bereikbaar.

Bedankt Renée. Als de bouwwerkzaamheden in de kelder in de zomer van 2024 zijn afgerond, verwachten we de gemeenschappelijke delen van het gebouw te renoveren. Begin volgend winterseizoen zullen alle parkeerfaciliteiten weer normaal zijn. Hartelijk dank voor uw begrip hierover.
Superbe appartement spacieux et bien exposé. Équipement parfait.
4 etage avec ascenseur.
2 chambres séparées dont une peut accueillir un lit parapluie + 4 couchages en mezzanine et salon.
1 parking sous terrain + 1 emplacement réservé en parking extérieur.
1 casier à ski permet d’accéder aux pistes très rapidement.
2 radiateurs ne marchent pas (salle de bain et chambre du bas) mais personne n’a eu froid, même début février.
La terrasse peut servir de frigo d’appoint.
2 salles de bains, pression de l’eau nickel et sauna en bonus!
Franchement on a adoré!!
We stayed for a week in March and loved the apartment and the space it provided us. Caroline has been very accommodating of our requests and very responsive when contacted her.
Hopefully we'll be back next year !

Prima lokatie, matig onderhouden
Het appartementencomplex zit op een prima lokatie. Vrijwel ski in en out. Appartement is ruim en de sauna is een pluspunt. Het gebouw zelf is echter in slecht verzorgde staat. Achterstallig onderhoud. Appartement zelf blinkt ook niet uit in netheid en was matig schoon. Het uitzicht is prima, ook goed en prettig contact met de verhuurder/agent. Dit was zeker een pluspunt. De eigenaar zou er goed aan doen het appartement een goede upgrade/opknapbeurt te geven. Maar dat geldt dan vooral ook voor het gebouw.
Appart très agréable, le sauna est vrai plus apres une journée de ski. Le salon est très sympa avec vue sur la forêt.
Le seul reproche est sans doute l'accès à la station pour une maman sans les skis et armée d'une poussette luge avec bébéde 6 mois...un peu galère mais du coup ca fait du sport aussi !
We found this property spacious, light and comfortable and perfect for a family of four. We would definitely choose to stay here again and enjoyed our week skiing.
Spacious, comfortable, well appointed Apt in La Tania
This is lovely apartment, well appointed and ideal for a family of five, (in our case 5 adults) although it could potentiality sleep 7/8. Four of the beds are in their own two separate bedroom. Overall, we were happy with our stay at Seboia 43. The provision of two separate bath and shower rooms with toilets is useful. Additionally, there are allotted inside and outside car parks - handy for families staying there with two vehicles. The owner is very responsive with her communication and addressing any problems associated with one's stay.
One point to bear in mind is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of the Seboia block. There is a lift but this was out of service during our entire stay. With ski luggage and shopping, using the staircase was a bit of an effort but the owner very considerately compensated us for this inconvenience. The service company the owner uses, Ski extreme Services, were also most helpful during our stay.
Overall, La Tania is well located for flights into Geneva or Grenoble. We'd certainly consider staying there again and consider the apartment an ideal base for a family 3 Valleys holiday.

Lovely apartment in good, quiet location
Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need. Good communication from owner before the stay and apartment was as described. We were a family of 4, with 2 children and found the apartment spacious for our needs, although the kitchen area would be small for 8 adults. Locker room was great and very quiet. Walking distance to town and we were lucky with the snow to be able to ski in relatively close to the apartment, although late in the season. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Tania and will be back!

Super Apartment
Fantastic apartment overlooking the nursery slopes. The location could not have been better, straight from ski lockers onto the slopes.
The apartment had more than enough room for our family of 5 and very suitable to young children. Our girls, aged 7 and 9, loved the proximity to ski school (only a couple of minutes) while the local creche was perfect for our 9 month old. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you could need for a really comfortable holiday.
The owner is a pleasure to deal with.
Can't wait to return!

Fabulous Apartment in a great Family Friendly Vill
An absolutely great apartment situated minutes from the village centre and a stones throw from the piste.
A lovely large apartment with sunny balcony, good size bedrooms, loads of storage (a must for an ski holiday) and a bonus of underground parking. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday - will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful week skiing in this fantastic apartment
We have just returned from a fabulous week in La Tania. This is a lovely apartment - high ceilings and sunny. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and has absolutely everything you need. We really appreciated the washing machine with two young children and great internet connection and satellite TV. Despite the fact it is so close to the centre of La Tania, it felt very private and we enjoyed soaking up some rays at lunchtime on the balcony before hitting the slopes again.
Caroline, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful giving us great tips on eating out, ski schools and local information and was very quick to reply to any queries. Through her contacts, we arranged ski passes, lessons and ski hire before our arrival which saved a lot of time.
Thank you Caroline for a wonderful week.

A great property with plenty of space & ski in/out
Four of us stayed in this property, but it could easily have accomodated 6 grown-ups. It had everything you needed for a great skiing holiday. La Tania is a great place to stay with easy access into the 3 Valleys ski region, but without the high costs of Courcheval or the walking in Meribel. An excellent place to stay.

Very spacious ski in/out apartment with everything
Great apartment with easy parking, lovely south facing balcony, ski in ski out (assuming its snowed!). Comfy beds, fabulous new kitchen with all you could need for a weeks family holiday. Warm, clean and very spacious perfect for our family and the sauna is a real treat too!

I've been a keen skier since childhood and my husband started when we met. Our three children (now grown up) have skied since they were 4 years old. We live in London and use the apartment ourselves for at least two weeks every ski season.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I bought Saboia 43 in 2006. Initially we leased it back to a French holiday company but since 2013 we have taken back control and are now letting it ourselves to private individuals. This also means that we have been able to make improvements and add our own touches which has been a lot of fun and very rewarding.
Our main criteria when buying our apartment was to combine a level of affordability, ease of access and the best possible skiing we could find. La Tania is THE perfect resort for this, being so wonderfully connected to one of the largest and best linked ski areas in France. We wanted ski in and and ski out since we all hate lugging our skis around; and, as initially we were limited to school holidays, we wanted somewhere with a good and well maintained lift system - we hate queueing! Even in peak weeks we have never had to queue for long either in La Tania itself or anywhere else in the Three Valleys as the French invest so wonderfully in their ski lifts - each year we come across newer and faster ones.
Final bonus - the wonderful Folyeres run back to our apartment is of the best 'home runs' in the alps. We love the Three Valleys and in our opinion La Tania is the best of all possible locations in the Three Valleys for a great family holiday.
What makes this property unique
We love this apartment for it's view of the mountains, the sun on the balcony at lunchtime, the spacious living room which is so bright and sunny during the daytime. We often pop back for lunch in the apartment - jump out of our skis outside and run up to enjoy a baguette in the sun on the balcony. Then off back up the La Tania bubble - no queue - and a great afternoon skiing. Last vin chaud in the Bouc Blanc before a blast down the Folyeres back to the apartment at the end of the day for a well earned sauna and shower.
