The apartment is part of a farmhouse located a few minutes from the historic center of Bologna, with a large equipped garden (solarium, BBQ, deck chairs, tables and chairs) and free private parking. The apartment has a gym area with Tecnhogym treadmill and Schwinn spin bike.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette with two single sofa beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the attic with internal bathroom with wooden ceiling and parquet, air conditioning equipped with microwave oven, mini fridge, kettle and Illy espresso machine.
There are 2 bathrooms, one near the living room with 2 sinks, shower and washing machine and one in the attic.
From the living room you can access a large covered terrace overlooking the garden.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten, Vermieterin wohnt unten nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer, Bäder, Küche alles tipptopp, großer Balkon zum zusätzlichen Verweilen. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten viele Ausflüge unternehmen.Herzlichen Dank an Federica für die liebe Gastfreundschaft!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Die Vermieterin Federica ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gutes Internet. Bologna ist mit dem Auto ca.12 km entfernt. Es herrscht reger Verkehr auf den Zufahrtsstraßen. Um in die Stadt zu kommen kann man alternativ auch die Buslinie 23 direkt ins Zentrum nehmen. Den Verkehr hört man je nach Windrichtung mal mehr oder weniger in der Fewo. Auch sind die vorbeifahrenden Züge und die Starts und Landungen der Flugzeuge des Bologner Flughafens hörbar.Die Lage der Fewo ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (z. B. Ravenna, Modena, Florenz, Apeninnen)

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit,sie hat uns bei der Ankunft sofort gesagt wo wir Lebensmittel einkaufen können,und gab uns auch super Tipps von Restaurants.Der große Garten ist sehr gepflegt.Die Bäder sind modern.Eine Infomappe in der Wohnung wäre gut.Vielen Dank Federica,wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Home base for Bologna

Myself, husband and son stayed here for week while we explored the Emilia-Romagna region. I chose this property in part due to its location to the airport and the highway. The apartments were lovely and comfortable and Federica was an accommodating hostess. It’s just a very short drive into the city center, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a few grocery stores so we could stock up on a some things. The yard is beautiful, as is the resident dog, Puppa!

Beautiful little countryside villa

Beautiful little countryside villa for exploring Bologna and Emilia-Romagna without dealing with city driving/parking. The grounds are beautiful but it was on the warm side 30c+ so we would enjoy the patio in evenings. Be aware that only the loft bedroom (full and a twin) has AC. Federica was a great host and we would stay again if in the area.

Casa perfetta per una pausa dalla città

Consiglio questa location per chi ha voglia di scappare dal caos della città per respirare aria fresca e pulita e per fare lunghe passeggiate rilassanti nei verdi campi della campagna. La casa è funzionale, bella esteticamente e comoda. Io sono un'amante della cucina e questa è super attrezzata, ho un cane e il giardino è perfetto per farlo scorrazzare, la proprietaria è gentilissima e cordiale. Heerlijke plek om je terug te trekken uit de hectiek van alle dag.

Federica is een hele attente gastvrouw. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad in Via Punta 8 en genoten van de prachtige tuin. Wij hebben zelfs fruit uit eigen tuin gekregen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Zeker een plek om nog eens terug te komen.

Optimales "Basis-Camp" in der Emilia Romagna

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig am Rand von Bologna gelegen. Der Flughafen von Bologna ist ca. 6 km entfernt und in Sichtweite verläuft eine Bahnlinie. Die Befürchtung, dadurch einer Lärmbelästigung ausgesetzt zu sein, bestätigte sich jedoch nicht. Das Haus, inmitten einer kleinen Ansammlung von höherwertigen Häusern gelegen, wird Parterre zur Hälfte von den Vermietern bewohnt. Diese waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber unaufdringlich und diskret. Die andere Hälfte der Parterre, sowie die erste Etage (inkl. Balkon/Terasse) und das Dachgeschoss standen uns zur Verfügung. Damit verfügten wir über zwei komplette Bäder, zwei Schlafräume sowie einen Küchen-/Wohnraum. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Haustechnik funktionierte einwandfrei und die Räume waren liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Sämtliche Türen und Fenster verfügen zusätzlich zur normalen Schließung als Einbruchsschutz über elektrisch zu öffnende Metallgitter. Das gesamte Grundstück, welches sehr groß ist, stand uns jederzeit zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Alle Bilder, die die Vermieterin zu diesem Objekt ins Internet gestellt hat, entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Das Zentrum von Bologna ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Haus entfernt. Die Autobahnen zur Erkundung der Emilia Romagna sind in noch kürzerer Distanz zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr empfehlenswert.

Un séjour agréable

Maison très propre et décorée avec goût, très bien située tout près du centre de Bologne. Federica veille à accueillir au mieux ses locataires. Une seule chose importante à signaler selon nous : la mitoyenneté est réelle et double (propriétaire en dessous et voisins attenants) dans une co-propriété comprenant plusieurs maisons. Ceci n'est pas forcément très visible dans le descriptif ou les photos.

A great base to explore the region

We where met by Federica,and her very friendly dog, she could not be more helpful and friendly,there was even a home made fruit tart in the fridge we found the rooms spotlessly clean and well equipped the balcony was great with views over the countryside, the Coop supermarket was only 5 mins away ,I felt that the bed could have been more comfortable, having said that I am on the lardy side and am quite picky on beds, I would point out that a car would be needed, Would I return? oh yes

Sehr schöne und persönliche Unterkunft

Federica ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist bunt und schön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber, ein selbst gebackener Kuchen wartete auf uns. Ein Startpaket ist vorhanden mit Olivenöl, Wasser, Saft, Zucker etc., so dass man nicht sofort alles kaufen oder mitbringen muss.

Peacefull place, perfect for spending quiet vacations or relaxing after a day visiting beatifull Bologna or so many other wonderfull places nearby. Clean, spacious, cosy, good location

Via Punta is a clean and cosy house with lots of space for us (family of three). The owner is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips, for example to vist the village of Comacchio, a miniature version of Venice which we liked very much. The house is situated in the countryside N-W of Bologna, so a car is absolutely essential. We found Via Punta ideally located to visit cities such as Modena, Ravenna, Ferrara and, of course, Bologna. The Adriatic coast is also close. All in all, very comfortable accommodation in a good location. Gert The Netherlands

a perfect quiet stay near the center of Bologna

we had a perfect stay in this cosy house, in a peaceful and quiet area at 15 minute from the city center of Bologna. The house is situated very close to the highways, to the cities Modena, Parma, Ravenna. Perfect location! Federica, the owner, is a very nice and warm person, giving you the feeling to come home.

Great Place to explore Bologna and Beyond

Federica greeted my family and me with a smile and a homemade pie as well as a basket of fruit -- just the beginning of a fabulous visit. She was a terrific hostess! This home is close to the airport and is a very convenient starting place for visits to nearby cities. The city center of Bologna is only 15 minutes away by car. Pisa is just under 2 hours away. Florence is less than an hour away. The rooms are well appointed, and she had a bottled water in every room for us. The furnishings are cute and hip, and our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking the beautiful yard (where our kids enjoyed playing). I would definitely stay here again. The pictures are accurate in the depiction of the villa. Everything was immaculate. Staying here was definitely a highlight of our vacation.
