Marta and Roberto are the perfect hosts. The appartment is really nice, clean, fully equipped and well located. When we come back next year as every year for sure we will stay in this apartment.

Precioso y cómodo apartamento en el centro de Bolonia

El apartamento es muy amplio, luminoso y tranquilo al mismo tiempo que su excelente localizacion centrica hace que sea muy facil moverse por Bolonia. La casa ofrece muchas comodidades como una gran cocina con balcon muy equipada, 2 baños que permiten intimidad y las habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Durante nuestra estancia hacia un poco de frio asi que la calefaccion que hay en toda la casa nos vino estupendamente. Tambien esta muy bien la cercania de la parada de autobus, justo en frente. Cafeterias para desayunar y una amplia variedad de lugares para conocer la gastronomía boloñesa. Un supermercado que abre hasta las 12 de la noche queda muy cerca por lo que no hay problema si se necesita algo de ultima hora. Marta y Roberto han sido fabulosos desde el primer momento y nos ha encantado poder conocerlos. Sin duda, nosotros repetiremos.

Great Apartment. Good location. We will come back...Sure!!

No doubt this is the best tourist apartment we have ever stayed. The owners (Roberto & Marta) are very kind. They offered us very helpful information about Bologna and main beautiful cities you can visit in a short trip on train: Ferrara, Ravenna, Parma, Modena..The apartment is perfectly located at 5 minutes from the Railway Station and the medieval city centre. The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of facilities and details. Decoration of the apartment is great!! If we came back to Bologna we will book this apartment again. No doubt!! This apartment is a gem. It was absolutely fantastic, meticulous, spacious and comfortable. The decor is somewhat retro and cheery. The bathrooms are completely updated. The owner, Roberto, was gracious and accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay here. We were perfectly located between the main train station and the old historical part of the city so it was great for walking just about anywhere. I would highly recommend this property for any length of stay, but if you are looking for a longer term stay, I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

Wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts

We had a lovely stay in the apartment in Bologna. It’s so well situated- close to all the attractions but felt very local. The apartment itself is beautiful - so clean and beautifully presented. Roberto and Marta were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to be so accommodating and helpful. Everything was well thought out, from the well stocked kitchen to the phone chargers in every bedroom and the vast amount of information provided to make our stay in Bologna as comfortable as possible. A truly wonderful holiday - thank you.

Lovely Apartment in Bologna

We loved our stay at Roberto and Marta’s lovely apartment. Roberto really makes the process so easy from check in and through out your stay. He is so responsive to any questions you might have as well as providing lots of information regarding local restaurants, day trips, etc. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and having laundry came in handy during our stay. We loved the location a little outside the main tourist area so quieter but still an easy 10-15 walk to Piazza Maggiore and other sites. Also very close to the train station for day trips. We loved our stay and hoping to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bologna. It’s less than a 15 minute walk to the train station, with groceries and multiple restaurants and fantastic gelato within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly matched the pictures in the listing. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our teenager to spread out. It has an air conditioning unit in every room, which was very helpful on the warm days and nights. The hosts were superb and thoughtful. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again on a future trip to Bologna!

Perfect and Spacious Apartment in Bologna

Roberto and Marta were wonderful hosts. If we needed anything they were anxious to help. The apartment was perfectly appointed with everything you could ask for. The location was as advertised. A short walk to the train station for day tours and a 5 minute walk to the center of the old town. There was a great store 3 minutes away and cappucino's and pastry's along the way. Roberto and Marta put together binders for everything helpful to support your stay. Bravo / Fantastico and any other positive adjectives to Roberto and Marta. Wonderful stay in Bologna

The whole experience was excellent . Our hosts were wonderful with immediate responses from Roberto . He sent a lot of invaluable information re the property and the area with advice on where to eat and what to visit . The property is extremely spacious and well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed . There is a lovely reasonably priced bar 2 minutes walk from the apartment and pams supermarket was a 5 minute walk.walk .

Awesome place and hosts

What can we say about Roberto and Marta, other than they and their property are outstanding! Our flights were delayed and we didn’t arrive in Bologna until midnight, Roberto met us at the apartment with no additional fees and a welcome and smiles. The property is as pictured and was fabulous! Close enough to the action but far enough not to be in the tourist trap for restaurant prices. Great Stay in Every Way

Property central, clean, quiet, and spacious. Equipped with many extras, such as cables for phones and ipads in every room, everything you could need in the kitchen, and written suggestions for restaurants, with maps to show how to walk there. EXCELLENT hosts: welcoming, helpful when you phone, forthcoming with ideas for concerts and such. Cannot praise enough.

Absolutely perfect in every way!!!!

The apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos- tranquil- spotless- lots of natural light- convenient to everything. Roberto and Marta provide extensive and clear written instructions to everything you need in your native language - all appliances- restaurants- shopping- day trips- local tourist sites- etc.we were in the apartment for 2 weeks and really enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was perfect. Roberto and Marta are so friendly and helpful. They have done everything to make sure your stay in their apartment goes smoothly. We hope to come back soon and have no reservations in recommending this apartment .- it is perfect- well appointed- modernized and well equipped.

Flawless

We stayed a total of 12 nights from 12/18-12/30/24. Family of five; two generations with three in their early 30s. This contemporary apartment is exactly as described: very well taken care of, emasculate, everything is in excellent working condition and the owners have not overlooked a single detail. Bologna is a wonderful eclectic and lively city that is very easy to traverse on foot. The apartment’s location is perfect and allowed us to walk to and from the train station to visit Florence, Pisa, Modena, Ravenna, Parma, San Marino and Venice for day trips as well as enjoy days and evenings in wonderful Bologna. The hosts are available to help with tips and advice throughout and are amazingly patient with those new to the city. We left our beloved Parmesan cheese that we bought in Parma and Roberto did not hesitate to ship it express to us. I have traveled internationally for over 55 years and between the five of us, we have visited about 70 countries and stayed in about every kind of accommodation from “salty” to luxury and this will be one of our all time favorites. If you stay here, I implore you to treat it respectfully and with care. These owners deserve that at the very least. Happy New Year, Marta and Roberto!

Wonderful clean beautiful apartment

Our family came to visit and take day trips to Venice and Florence as well as experience the food and culture of Bologna. We even saw a Serie A game Bologna vs Lecce. Roberto and Marta make sure that you are taken care of in every way. It feels like a home away from home.

A Remarkable Property

We are three adults who have traveled all over the world and this was one of the finest rentals we have had. First of all and most importantly, the apartment was immaculate, spacious and everything worked. The location was perfect with walking distance to all important sites. It was easy to maneuver to our apartment since there was an building elevator. Our landlord, Roberto, provided us with many guides to restaurants, musems, and other notable sites, all of which he wrote himself. We visited 5 of his suggested restaurants and we were not disappointed. Roberto was also availble to answer questions about our day trip to Venice. The best part was that in the kitchen was a wall clock with Bologna time along with a clock with our USA time ! When we return to Bologna we are staying with Roberto.

From the initial request to book to departure the owners were fantastic. The apartment was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The owner provided so much information about restaurants, the area, tours, etc. everything was fantastic!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Beautiful apartment in Bologna

Extremely well appointed and eclectically decorated apartment. Take the time to notice the artwork and the creative decor. The location is perfectly suited for walking to historic sites, local culture spots and great restaurants, most of which were recommended by our hosts. We felt at home as soon as we got there. Roberto and Chiara were the perfect hosts. Don’t miss out on this beautiful clean, comfortable home.

Clean and well appointed apartment

My daughter was moving to study in Bologna. We stayed at Roberto and Marta’s to purchase apartment items. Roberto and Marta gave us so many recommendations from stores to how to use taxis. I cannot recommend this gem of an apartment and the people who come with it.
