Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Return the keys
All guests must be completely departed by 11 am on departure day. Cleaning team arrives at that time and any delays from late departures will be charged to the damage deposit. Room keys on door locks.
2. Guest expectations: Take garbage and recycling to the bottom of the side suite stairs (located next to the guest laundry). Dirty dishes and glassware must all be placed in the dishwasher.
The dishwasher started in the normal cycle. All beds used to be stripped of bedding sheets and pillowcases (leave in the room at the foot of the bed). All used towels to be placed in the shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise emitting from the lodge is to be kept to a minimum at all times.
An outdoor designated smoking area does exist in front of the home under the Room 4 deck (away from the entrance doors).

The team at Lorimer Lodge are excellent, they go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The lodge is spotlessly clean and everything you could need is provided to make your stay awesome.Having an en-suite off every bedroom meant that it felt private, it never felt crowded and it was like there were more than 6 people in the place at any one time due to the many living areas, even when it was full.

This place was amazing and worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked, each room has a bathroom, hot tub/sauna was perfect and, best of all, the fireplace to relax by. We had a great stay and will be back!

Along with seeking a good business opportunity, I felt that it was the right time to invest in real estate that would not only provide a return, but would also allow itself to be a spectacular setting for family and friends to also enjoy themselves in Whistler, BC - one of the most beautiful and breathtaking locations on earth!

Why they chose this property

The location is less than two blocks from the northwest corner of the main Whistler Village. This makes for a very short walk to the centre (center for our American friends) of the village or less than a 1 minute drive. Sitting on its own 1/2 of an acre parcel of land, gives the property both a very nice and spacious back yard for your outdoor spring and summer activities along with plenty of room for up to 12 vehicles out front.

What makes this property unique

Each private bedroom has its own bathroom. This is mixed in with the nicest possible common area amenities to share with family, friends or co-workers that any home could possibly offer.
