Lulù stone house with view of the lake

In Roncaro Baveno, panoramic and sunny hamlet on the hill, there is the Lulù house. It is a newly renovated stone cottage with great elegance in the furnishings. The house is made up of two cottages with two terraces, one with sun loungers and lake view, the other larger central equipped with deck chairs, table for 8 people, umbrella and large stone barbecue. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Borromean islands. In the main part of the house there is a service bathroom, the living room with lounge, satellite TV, dining table and the fully equipped open kitchen area. Climbing the staircase on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with a beautiful lake view and another with two single beds and on this floor there is also an elegant bathroom with shower. In the other rustic on the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed and lake view, on the first floor there is the bedroom with two single beds and lake view and another elegant bathroom with shower. At 200 meters from the house there is a garage available. To access the house you need to walk a small pedestrian street between the houses about 150 meters long. Little pets are welcome with a fee.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

Hi, the house is very nice, it is two separate houses with a deck over looking the lake in between. There is no AC, FYI. Kitchen is small but it is functional. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were very helpful! I would stay here again!

Please note a couple light bulbs need replacing; some screens are broken or missing; 2 of the glasses are chipped; the second building with the washing machine had a very musty smell when we arrived. Could use more plates/dishware. We had to clean the pizza oven before using. The fourth bedroom is actually a living room with a pull out sofa.

LULU HOUSE ON LAKE MAGGIORE

The view of the lake and the sunrises each morning was fantastic. It was comfortable, easy to prepare meals, a wonder large outdoor table with lake views to eat and an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. Parking on the street above was not a problem. There is a parking garage but our Audi A6 wagon was too long to comfortably make the turn into the assigned space. Also, the owner accurately describes the distance from the street to the unit but beware that it is over mostly cobblestone where heavy luggage will not roll easily. With 7 people it would have been nice to have more dinnerware and glassware. I believe it is advertised as 4 bedrooms, but the 4th is actually a living room with a pull-out sofa. So if you are looking for 4 BRs with privacy this may not be your best choice. Don't mean to sound too negative. I would consider staying there again. If you want better views of the lake and don't need to be walking to town, suggest you look for something higher up.

Séjour de 4 nuits à 8 personnes où Nous avons constaté diverses lacunes: Manque de matériel de cuisine, (seulement 7 mugs, une petite casserole seulement, couverts en nombre limité, …) Seulement 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette Gazinière avec fuite de gaz sur un brûleur Une attente de plus d’une heure suite à l’heure de départ fixé avec l’intervenante de l’agence. Sinon belle vue face au lac…

Beautiful view

Lake Maggiore views are always magnificent. We enjoyed the terrace space between the two cottages the most. It’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. My family was comfortable in the simple and small indoor spaces. It was listed with 4 bedrooms but one was a loft and should be listed as such. To my surprise, the linens were charged separately. And the supply was incomplete. All the beds need to be made by the renter. The WiFi never worked. The oven and TVs also did not work, but it was not needed for us. Lisa was very responsive and friendly in correcting the linen shortage and attempting to make the WiFi work. It was a restful prelude for our family trip to Alba and the Lange Hills. Motorradtour im Juni

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder stimmen zu 100% überein. Die bemängelte Ausstattung der Küche kann ich bestätigen. Kein Toaster, Espressokanne oder ein paar einfache Gläser mehr.. nun ja, irgendwas ist immer. Ansonsten, Ich würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wer nachts friert, sollte sich eine Decke mitnehmen, die vor Ort waren nicht so toll.
