Check in not simple as we were given the instructions for the wrong villas!!Space around the property is amazing, pool lovely although deep for unconfident swimmers, sunbeds great. Outside could do with a tidy up, weeds & a few things left lying around.Inside the villa is lovely & again spacious. Need a cleaner at least once in a 10 day stay, we had to ask & then had to be there midday as they didn't have a key! Need to leave a few basic cleaning supplies, toilet cleaner, kitchen spray, cloth, tea towel, bin bags.Kitchen was poorly stocked with no itinerary, random glasses, one pan but 5 lids!! We didn't complain as didn't cook .Would also be helpful if there was an information book, ie, instructions about the gate ( had to ask for a fob to open it) , aircon instructions & general info like taxi numbers, take away menus, fortunately we know the area so again didn't ask for help.We found it strange that there appeared to be people living in the basement as lights were on & saw local people with a dog, didn't intrude on us at all but an odd thing when you think you've rented out an entire villa??Overall we had a great stay here & was perfect for 2 families, some comments above are only to be constructive & not negative as it could be 5 star!! We would stay again
