Lujosa y moderna villa ubicada en la zona más prestigiosa de Rodas, Lindos. Esta extraordinaria residencia cuenta con áreas de estar de planta abierta y vistas invaluables tanto de las colinas como de la costa. Con 2 habitaciones espaciosas, una sala de estar llena de sol, un completo sistema de entretenimiento, una cocina bien atendida y una piscina privada (4 x 8 metros) son solo algunas de las características atractivas que ofrece nuestra propiedad.

La villa tiene un montón de sala de estar exterior con muebles de salón exterior, mesa y sillas y tumbonas de alta calidad con mesas. Ideal para familias con una gran área de césped amurallada adecuada para juegos infantiles. Una cuna y silla alta están disponibles si es necesario sin costo adicional.

Una barbacoa tradicional completa la experiencia de vida al aire libre. Las instalaciones también incluyen lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, además de todos los electrodomésticos esenciales para la cocina, como microondas, nevera / congelador, horno / parrilla / encimera adecuados, etc.

Internet de banda ancha y wifi incluido, junto con Internet TV.

Really lovely villa, felt very homely, very clean, comfy bed, air con works very well in the bedrooms (didn’t use the one downstairs as wasn't hot enough), nice touches like beach/sunbed towels provided and a basic essentials pack of milk, water etc when you arrive. Lovely and quiet, walkable to Lindos and Pefkos.

Fantastic Villa

Absolutely fantastic villa, in a graet private complex, less than 5 min to Lindos and Pefkos in a car. Bus stops at the bottom of the drive. This villa has everthing you need for a holiday, will definitely be back.

Lovely villa; well equipped and very cleanly presented. Good location; main Lindos area is walkable though also good taxi services and local buses - good for getting back post dinner!! Excellent engagement with Pete during and post the booking process and locally with Paul. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Stunning!!

We stayed at this property for a 2 week holiday and it was everything we were hoping for. No hustle and bustle trying to get sun bed space, kids can take them selves inside when they need a break from the heat. So much to visit on the island and lovely restaurants to eat at in Lindos and Pefkos. Would highly recommend!

We all really enjoyed our holiday in Lindos. Villa and pool was a highlight. Paul was great with both his knowledge and tips for visiting around the area. So handy getting online delivery and Paul put this away for us. Car hire is needed. You can walk into Lindos but as we were visiting in July it would have been too hot to do this most days!

Wonderful stay

Lovely villa, lovely location between Lindos and Pefkos. Clean and well presented with all facilities needed to make a homely, relaxing holiday. Only one criticism that the outdoor pool is not very private being overlooked by a small access road - but this is used by delivery people, other villa occupants. I’ve commented as I didn’t expect this to be the case. Beautiful villa central to local amenities, beaches and surrounding villages. Easily located from airport. It will not disappoint.

Thanks Catrin for the positive review and feedback, we're always please to improve where possible. We've thought of a few ways how we might raise the wall a little, but didn't want to add foliage for fear of attracting more insects. As the private side road is only for access to 6 villas it's not really bothered us, but we are considering some kind of fence paneling behind the BBQ. Maybe this will be next seasons project. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.

5 Star Perfection

Stayed for 10 nights and we loved the Villa, Location, Lindos and Rhodes! Villa is extremely well appointed and the BBQ area and pool fantastic, so much so we are seriously thinking of Booking again for next year. The check in process contactless, Villa spotless clean and the local Maintenance Team really friendly and helpful as is Pete the Owner who gave some great hints and tips, also provided an excellent Villa Guide. Thanks for a fantastic time. Very much needed. Craig

Peaceful, relaxing retreat within easy distance of great beaches and restaurants

Couldn't have asked for more. We have stayed in a neighbouring villa before so already knew the area but the location being 5 mins from Pefkos and Lindos is perfect for accessing loads of great beaches, amenities, bars and restaurants. The villa was great (relatively simple layout but really well equipped), with a great property services/pool gentlemen who came every other day to make sure all was well. The outdoor area is also substantial and well thought out and maintained. While not essential, I would recommend anyone staying here to hire a car so you can really explore the local attractions to their maximum, but not essential as taxi and bus services are easily on hand otherwise. Communications with the host were also excellent, both pre and during the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family up to 4 people

Perfect for our needs

Peter’s villa was exactly what we wanted from our stay. A comfortable, clean, well proportioned place with everything you need for a convenient stay. There was a hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, coolbox/coolbag, iceblocks and a great multimedia setup too. The outside area was gorgeous and the pool so inviting. Plenty of seating areas outside and inside for us and also enough storage for our family. The location was exactly what we wanted, close enough to the action but just outside of the hectic nature of Lindos! A 30ish minute walk to the centre of Lindos with a bus stop at the bottom of the road for those not wanting to walk in the heat of summer (which we were in the July heatwave). Communication with Peter throughout was fantastic. Was a pleasure to stay. A fantastic villa which we would highly recommend. Thanks also to Paul who manages the property on behalf of Peter.

séjour très agréable dans une villa très confortable et bien située. On ne peut que regretter que la piscine n'ait pas été nettoyée pendant les 10 jours de notre séjour Il faut noter aussi que les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à l'aménagement intérieur actuel même si c'est sans conséquence. Le mobilier extérieur hors transats mériterait d'être renouvelé.

Unvergessliche Zeit auf Rhodos

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre alt) dort. Der Pool war ein Hit für unsere Kinder. Die Tiefe beträgt ca. 1,20 m. Am Haus ist alles wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung im Haus war perfekt, insbesondere die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Genießen braucht. Zur nächsten Bucht läuft man nur wenige Minuten. Vom oberen Stockwerk sieht man das Meer. Die Stadt Lindos (nächster Supermarkt, Autovermietung, usw.) läuft man ca. 25 Minuten, bequemer ist hier natürlich ein Mietwagen (5 min Fahrt). Man kann auch den Bus nehmen, die nächste Haltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Relaxing holiday break

We had an amazing time at the villa. Stunning location with beautiful scenery. It’s located between Lindos and Pefkos in a peaceful and tranquil area. It was so nice to chill out and relax in the sun by the pool. Would definitely like to stay there again. Absolutely stunning !

Very enjoyable stay

The villa is very spacious with both indoor and outdoor dining area. The pool area is fantastic with a good size pool for swimming. The bedrooms are pleasant with balconies offering sea views. Bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Location is up a hill which can be challenging if you are not very good on your feet but taxis will come up and pick you up if requested. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely holiday

Our family had the most fantastic time staying here and will definitely be going back. The villa has everything you need, great location between Lindos and Pefkos. We spent most days by the pool or Pefkos Beach. Had a couple of day trips out, one to the water park and the other to Prasonisi. Would definitely recommend car hire for supermarket trips or to get to the beach. We did walk on our first day to Lindos for evening meal but it was so hot so we got taxis most days 10 Euros each way. During cooler months easier to walk but not in 40 degree heat! We ate and drank in so many lovely bars and restaurants in Lindos and Pefkos a lot were recommendations from friends who come here every year. Also must mention the bakery in Pefkos - the bread, croissants, baklava Pete the owner was very helpful before we went and Paul very helpful during our stay and some great chats with him. The bbq area is great and there are good shaded areas with parasols. Can't wait to go back :) Thanks Julie Jon and family

Amazing family break in Lindos

The villa was perfect just as advertised. Peter instructions and reply’s to questions where very prompt and clear. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have a car put found the bus and taxis easy to use. The online shop is also available after you arrive and we did have free same day deliveries. We look forward to staying again when revisiting the area.

A Real Gem

Just back from a week’s stay at this fantastic villa. Modern, spotlessly clean, full of amenities and perfect location between Lindos and Pefkas ensuring easy access via taxi to both locations for beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Outside pool area offers privacy, gorgeous views, peace and quiet and the right mix of sun and shade areas. Special mention to both Pete (owner) for faultless booking and assistance pre-arrival and Paul (maintenance) for his help and local advice after arriving. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return!

Perfect villa & location

A very clean and well fitted out villa in a great location. The owner Pete was always on hand to field any queries by text, phone or email. The Pool & Maintenance man Paul was very friendly and knowledgable, having spent 14 seasons in Pefkos, and he was located over the road from this small and impressive complex of villas, situated above Navarone Bay. I cannot fault the accommodation during our quite wonderful 2 week holiday and look forward to returning soon.

Fabulous Villa.

Communication with Pete was excellent. The villa was amazing, larger pool than pictures give credit. A new pergola and seating area next to the BBQ is a brilliant addition. Comfy beds and superbly equipped inside and out with fantastic sea view over Navarone bay from balcony. Lindos is approx 1 mile away (20 min walk) and Pefkos just a little further offering great choice of beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing villa

The villa and location are perfect, with lindos and pefkos just a 5 minute drive away (lindos is walkable) both towns are totally different but both well worth a look, pefkos more for food and drinks lindos more for the romance! Visit Glystra beach, it's amazing and only a 10 minute drive. Pete the owner was brilliant to deal with and paul was very helpful once on the island. I would recommend this villa 100%

We are a couple in our 40s who are working hard to one day retire to our house in Rhodes, making it our half time home.
In the meantime we're sharing it with people like you and we hope will fall in love with Rhodes the same way we have.

We fell in love with Greece after visiting Halikidiki in 1997 and have been visiting the Islands ever since. Of all the Greek Islands we visited it was Rhodes we were most enchanted with, in particular the picturesque village of Lindos. It will be a familiar story to those who have been there. You may not believe in the tales of healing or mental health effects that are said to benefit the island due to mystical properties, but you cannot deny it definitely has a certain mystique.

As soon as I step off the plane onto the island the stress and daily humdrum of daily British life simply fades away.

The property is in a peaceful location with easy access to the main road. It's a great place to unwind and relax, taking life at completely different pace to back home.

We spent a long time looking for a special location to purchase and believe we've succeeded, we hope you agree.
