The Villa Lounge Kapelana is a modern villa in the heart of Istria, 10 km from Svetvincenat and 18 km from Pula. The unique offer of entertainment and sports facilities distinguishes this house from most other facilities in this part of Istria.

There are three double rooms on the first floor of the house. Each has a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom and a private terrace.

You have access to a private pool with 6 sun beds.
In the courtyard of the house there are many sports attractions such as volleyball and basketball courts, a small golf course and table tennis.
The house is fenced and is located on a 1,700 m2 plot that is decorated with olive groves, vineyards and forests.
There are 4 fenced parking spaces and free WiFi available to guests.

Large terrace is covered and there is a grill, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 36 m² pool, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There are brick stairs in the pool for gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.
In the courtyard of the house there are many sports attractions such as volleyball and basketball courts, a small golf course and table tennis.
4 large cars can park in a private fenced parking lot so you won't have to worry.
