Villa Katarina is a very nice stone house with pool and hot tub for 10-12 people, decorated in traditional Istrian style with lots of modern details. The house was renovated in 2020 and surrounded by high stone walls. Guests are guaranteed privacy. The modern and functionally decorated interior will leave you breathless.
Villa Katarina consists of two separate units. Each unit has its own private entrance, so it is ideal for two families. The right part of the house consists of a kitchen and a dining room, with direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms. In the left part of the house we find a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. In the attic are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. The lighting of the pool and whirlpool during the night makes swimming a special experience. Guests additionally have at their disposal the 5th master bedroom with bathroom, a game's room with billiards, table football, and a gym. Additional facilities are located in the building opposite the house. There is also a possibility for arranging a private chef, who will prepare dinner in traditional style with local ingredients. The house cannot be rented for younger groups of people and parties. In addition to the above, the owner offers the possibility of Istrian dinner once a week with extra charge in the accommodation.
