Nueva renovación completa: el apartamento actualizado está bien distribuido y tiene maravillosas vistas de White Wharf y hacia Bearskin Neck para observar a la gente. ¡Es muy acogedor y está ubicado justo en el corazón del cuello de piel de oso! Un corto paseo hasta el motivo, o frente a la playa. Cafeterías, galerías, restaurantes y el Shalin Liu Performance Center, todo a unos pasos de la puerta principal. Wifi y TV equipada con Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.

Hay una pequeña cocina con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, fregadero y vajilla. El baño tiene una cabina de ducha. Dos cuartos

Solo hay dos pasos para ingresar a la unidad. Por lo tanto, es muy accesible para aquellos que no quieren subir y bajar escaleras.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the Waterline. We were able to walk everywhere - shops, restaurants, galleries - from the fabulous location on Bearskin Neck in Rockport. Matt, our host, left nothing out. The apartment was well designed and equipped with our every need. We will definitely return!

Fabulous VRBO!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was great to be in the center of the Bearskin Neck area of Rockport. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. I was a bit worried because there was no parking on site, but we found ample parking an extremely short distance away—even I, with 5 joint replacements had no trouble with the parking! I would definitely stay here again. Definitely a five star experience in my book!

Shades and Curtains didn’t completely block some of the windows.The stall shower is minimum size and not very comfortable for me or my wife.The bathroom sink drain drained slowly for higher volume water.Beds were comfortable.Tv was somewhat complicated to use.I’m used to turning on a tv and turn to the regular channels immediately.The rest of the accommodation was fine for an old seaport house.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the location was fantastic! We could walk to everything in town. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner works well, but is located in one bedroom, which makes it not as comfortable for the people staying in the second bedroom.

Great place in the heart of Rockport!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rockport! The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything. I was initially a bit concerned about parking, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for out family of 4. We'd gladly stay here again on a future visit to Rockport.

What a treat. Perfect location to pretty much everything. Food, shops, and beautiful views. Parking is tricky, but we figured it out and did just fine. As an added bonus a film crew was building a film set directly in front of our unit. We even had the crew walk in on us one evening. They told us our unit was to be in the film….cool. Everything in the unit was as it should be. Loved our stay.

Spring stay at the Waterline

The apartment was as described: great location, comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds...and tiny bathroom. Matt, the owner, was cheerful and quick to help when a couple of minor things needed fixing. It was late April, so many shops on Bearskin Neck hadn't opened for the season, but not a problem for us as this was not our first out-of-season visit to the area. The owner was doing some construction on the deck above our outside sitting area but it was just a slight inconvenience. The lack of a dedicated parking space might be more of an problem in the height of the season; we had no problem parking nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly.

A beautiful long weekend in Rockport

The property was as described and fully met our expectations. Matt was responding promptly to our inquiries. We loved being within walking distance to points of interest. Although the property is located right in the middle of the most touristy part of a touristy town, things quieted down in the evening. We slept very well and had no noise disturbances, although we were there on a weekend. While the bathroom is small, it is fully adequate. The property was clean and comfortably furnished.

The Perfect Spot!

The space is amazing! We can honestly say that this location ended up being an amazing surprise.. Host was communicative and helpful, the space was perfect for our needs and had wonderful charm and comfort, the mattress was really comfortable, the host's recommendations for what to eat and activities in the area were spot on and Bearskin Neck is national a hidden treasure! We chose this area based on this listing looked great, and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything it had to offer. We enjoyed our cozy time in the apartment, and couldn't get over how walkable everything was. We cannot say enough!

Fabulous Place and Ideal Rockport Location!

My husband and I had a fabulous time on our short visit to Rockport largely because of Matt’s wonderful home! Pictures portrayed the home perfectly, it was delightfully clean, stocked and well kept and importantly only a short walk from the quaint Rockport shops, art studios, Motif 1 and the Rockport Harbor. He was easy to communicate with (very prompt). Parking was a little tricky but we were prepared and it easy to unload at the house, then my husband had only a 5-10 minute walk to find free parking. Because everything was so close, we only used our car once to drive to Halibut Point park (a must see!) one evening. Otherwise, it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. We are very happy with our accommodations and would love to stay here again when we return, as we surely will!!

Cozy and and quaint and just right!

The Waterline was the ideal little apartment (nestled in the red historic building amid the tiny shops, eateries, and galleries populating the peninsula) for our mother-daughter summer weekend getaway. The location was just perfect-- walking distance to the little beach, and everything else -- and very quiet. We appreciate that bed linens, bath and hand towels, as well as shower soaps were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in working order, clean, and neat. One of the two bedrooms didn't have an a/c unit, but the evenings were cool enough that with the windows open, the room temperature was comfortable. The host, Matt, was very communicative leading up to our stay, and quick to respond when we reached out with a question during the weekend. Highly recommend!

Cute and quaint

We had a wonderful time in your place. Initially I was concerned with the AC as it was hot out but the small unit worked very well and cooled the entire place down great. I was also worried about having to park too far away and that was also not a problem at all. I would definitely return and recommend this cottage to friends :)
