New chalet 12 people

bright and cozy cottage of 130 m2, ideal for family stays quiet.
Located at a place called "Rua" in Risoul village, 15 minutes from the station Risoul 1850 (field of the white forest - Vars and Risoul are connected). Free shuttles 200 m from the chalet (every 20 minutes in season).
Beautiful amenities and quality equipment: underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, TV and DVD player, internet connection

 - large entrance with sleeping sofa bed for 2 people,
- open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue, Nespresso machine)
- dining room table 10/12 covered
- Large living room with pellet stove
- 1 master suite with bathroom (bath)
- Laundry room with washing machine, iron
Upstairs :
 - two bedrooms with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed

- large shower room, 1 shower cabin,
- 2 separate toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs)

Beautiful south facing terrace with mountain and torrent views, garden table, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and trampoline.
In winter, local ski in the basement of the cottage with sledges available.
For families, a cot and highchair are also available.

Shops at 2 km (super U, and ED in Risoul and Guillestre market crossroads)
Chalet for non-smokers.
The situation of the cottage provides all-season access to mountain activities, skiing, climbing, paragliding, walks, close access Queyras, mountain biking, all water sports (downhill nearby Durance), Serre ponçon 20 min (kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing club), equestrian activities in Risoul.

Un magnifique chalet très bien équipé pour notre semaine de vacances à Noël dans le quartier de La Rua de risoul à côté de la mairie, nous étions 12 personnes (8 adultes et 4 adolescents) et à aucun moment nous nous sommes sentis à l'étroit il y a de la place pour tout le monde, la table à manger pile poil pour 12 places assises. La navette gratuite à proximité pour monter à la station est un vrai plus.

Chalet très confortable et fonctionnel. Idéalement situé à 20 minutes de marche de Guillestre. Très nombreuses randonnées à quelques minutes seulement. Nous n'avons jamais aussi peu roulé pour randonner. Paysages magnifiques avec une variété énorme de plantes et insectes. Commerces de qualité très accessibles.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce MAGNIFIQUE chalet. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous recevoir malgré les intempéries de ce début de mois. Excepté un petit soucis de réseau téléphonique et un gros problème de box SFR (quel le propriétaire a bien essayé de résoudre à distance sans résultat), nous avons découvert une région superbe et passé une quinzaine extra dans un charmant chalet qui va nous laisser de délicieux souvenirs plein la tête.

Le chalet comme ses propriétaires et la personne en charge de l'accueil sont très bien. Ce chalet est une petite pépite niché dans un coin de verdure (avec vue sur un petit torrent). Le chalet est très bien équipé, avec des équipements de qualité (lits,oreillers, électroménager, nombreux plats et ustensiles). Le chalet est meublé avec beaucoup de goût, il est très beau et l'environnement est super avec des enfants. Les propriétaires et la gérantes sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un séjour génial dans ce magnifique chalet. Il est sublime et l'emplacement au top Nous entendons le bruit de la rivière nous avons une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le chalet en lui même est superbement décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance de voir le cheval magnifique du voisin qui était adorable et venait nous manger dans les mains Les enfants étaient émerveillés et nous aussi. Le trampoline a ravi les enfants. Très joli et agréable chalet

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce beau chalet. Je préciserai quand même que l'arrêt navette est à 400m (pas 200m), ce qui est un peu compliqué avec les chaussures de ski, skis et enfants. La 6ème chambre est vraiment l'entrée dans le chalet donc difficilement utilisable.
