Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta are exceptional places. The location of the house allows you to access the lakes of northern Italy in 30 minutes to the nearest (Lake Maggiore). Hiking or simple walks along the lakes or in the surrounding mountains await you. Mount Rose is 2 hours away. Located halfway between Milan and Turin, these 2 major cities of Italy are accessible by highway in 1 hour like Lake Como. Florence or Venice are 4 hours away. Verona is at 3am. Switzerland is 45 minutes away.

Bel environnement et maison pratique

Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. La maison est bien placée avec un joli cadre. Une petite vigilance sur la propreté, mais le propriétaire a été très réactif sur ce point. La maison dispose de matériels pratiques: lave-linge, grand four, vaisselle suffisante.... Elle donne sur une grande forêt, donc presque pas de vis-à-vis.

Eine Zumutung

Wir haben uns auf eine einfache Unterkunft eingestellt. Aber…., Als wir ankamen haben wir gedacht, wir trauen unseren Augen nicht. Das Haus gleicht einer Baustelle, der Garten ist verwildert und man schaut gleich auf das nächste Abrisshaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und nicht unbedingt sauber. Das Geschirr ist dreckig und ölig, sodass man sich regelrecht ekelt. Nichts ist einladend. Hier möchte man keinen Urlaub verbringen. Wir sind am nächsten Tag abgereist und haben uns was anderes gesucht. Ich kann das Haus auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen! Die Bewertungen der Vormieter sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar! Das dass Haus als Unterkunft für einen Urlaub angeboten wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Schade um das Geld!

Propreté a revoir, toiles d’araignées, vaisselle douteuse . Odeur d’humidité, moisissure dans le placard de la salle de bains. La maison n’est pas finie, la maison semble en travaux, le jardin est impraticable, présence de gravats,branchages, orties…aucune armoire pour les vêtements et affaires de toilette. En résumé, maison inadaptée à la réception d’hôtes qui payent un service. Hote de bonne volonté pais qui n’a pas les codes de ka location de vacances

Maison correcte pour le prix.

Nous avions loué pour une semaine, mais nous sommes partis au bout de trois jours pour cause de nuisance sonore. Quatre chiens, en face de la maison,qui aboyaient toute la nuit. Problème connu du propriétaire. TV mais non reliée à une antenne...mais TV précisé dans le descriptif de la maison. Dommage,mais location à éviter.

maison sympa et confortable dans un village calme, bonnes prestations. Situé à 30 minutes du las d'orta et 40 du lac majeur, proche de turin et de milan. idéal pour rayonner entre lac et montagne proche (Varallo, Domodossola...), bons plans et fournis par le propriétaire. à conseiller pour des personnes qui recherchent du calme et faire de belles excursions . à conseiller

Nette woning

De woning wordt net verzorgd door een dame in de buurt aangezien de Franse eigenaars ver van de gite wonen. Lakens, poetsen en energie zijn inbegrepen in de prijs. Het enige minpuntje dat we kunnen aangeven over de woning is dat er veel muggen aanwezig zijn in de buurt waardoor je moeilijk buiten kunt zitten. De eigenaar heeft wel bakjes voorzien om in het stopcontact te stoppen om 's nachts gevrijwaard te zijn van muggen.

Excellent sejour et location

Maison typique de la région, la location présente tout le confort nécessaire. Le propriétaire est très sympa et l'accueil à l'arrivée est chaleureux. Une très bonne semaine passée a visité les environs - entre Turin, Milan et les lacs, les sites à visiter ne manquent pas. En cas de fraicheur d'avant saison, le poêle à bois est un vrai bonheur. Pas de souci pour les moustiques dans la période du printemps. Une très belle location pour visiter la région

Séjour inoubliable

Nous aurions bien aimé prolongé ce si agréable séjour dans cette belle région d'italie. Il y a tant à voir ici. Milan, les lacs, la montagne qui cerne la zone où se trouve la maison. De grandes villes d'histoire et de petits villages au charme provincial. Nous avons vu de somptueux jardins autour des lacs, lac Majeur, lac d'Orta, lac de Côme et même le joli lac de Viverone qui vaut aussi le détour. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur les bateaux qui desservent les principales villes lacustres. Superbe ! Ne pas manquer non plus de visiter le Sacro Monte de Varallo. La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle, rien n'y manque, et cerise sur le gâteau, nous pouvions garer notre voiture dans l'immense garage qui jouxte la maison. Le propriétaire est aussi sympathique et attentionné que Mme Turla, la dame qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Prévenante et discrète. Comme la maison est située dans une zone de rizière, il y a donc les moustiques, mais la maison est pourvue de moustiquaires et de tout l'attirail pour se protéger de leur malice. En bref, nous recommandons cette location sans réserve et il est probable que nous la choisirons à nouveau si nous devions revenir dans la région. Merci pour l'accueil

Vacances au calme, et dans une belle région

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans le gite, il ne manquait rien. Tout était très propre, le propriétaire n'était pas présent sur place mais une voisine s'occupe de l'acceuil. Les conseils qui nous ont été donné avant le départ étaient parfaits. Nous avons visité les sites conseillés ainsi que l'expo universelle de Milan. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour le lac d'Orta et la rivière à Postua. Le seul point négatif était les moustiques (il faisait très chaud), mais les moustiquaires et un peu d'organisation permettaient de leur échapper! Cette location est tout à fait recommandable à un ami.

Jolie maison, très simple, séjour spacieux. La vue sur le jardin est jolie. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à visiter la région du Lac Majeur et avons profité des conseils touristiques envoyés par le propriétaire. Accueil très sympathique. Il y a des jouets de jardin pour les tout petits.

location très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est super sympa, décorée avec gout avec une grande pièce de vie lumineuse, tout le confort, très bonnes literies. Des marchés proches colorés, des ballades au bord du lac majeur, et le lac d'Orta, magnifique... Bref on a adoré ! L'accueil de la personne qui s'occupe du gite sur place, a été très chaleureux.

Un endroit très sympa

Location tres sympa dans un coin d'Italie fort agréable. Le proprietaire est très sympathique, les italiens qui nous ont reçus tout autant. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour, à noter simplement pr ceux qui y sont sensibles la présence de nombreux moustiques, pensez à prendre ce qu il faut!
