These 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The establishment is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.



The apartments have a balcony, air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.



The lounge has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.



It has a spacious main double bedroom, two double rooms and a single room.



The apartment has 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower.

The apartments are located just 500 metres from the well-known Rambla de Catalunya and 10 minutes walking from the FGC train station in Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station which connect with the entire city. A 15-minute walk away is the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where you can find La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló.



The building has a common area on the roof, with a chill-out space, where you can relax after a long day.

Would stay again

We enjoyed our time in Barcelona staying at this property. Location was good and there was plenty of space for our party of 5. Check in was a bit difficult because there was a family already staying in our apartment. But I would definitely recommend staying at this property .

Great Location, Very Spacious

Everything great overall except for one thing... The wall between apartments does not provide insulation from sound coming from neighboring apartment. We were unfortunate enough to have a hen party next door that were playing music and carrying on very loudly until very late each evening. Property itself was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable as well.

Better Options Abound in Barcelona

Complete disappointment. Lasted two days of a 15 day visit. Major construction going on next to the building which was ongoing and should have been mentioned at time of booking. All was documented and was able to secure a 50% refund which should have been no less than 70-75% which would have covered the two horrible nights we spent. I will from now on book direct with my providers as it was unclear what if anything VRBO did to address a proper refund. Also, drunks in the building. During the first night at 4am pounding by a drunk on our door, inside the building, who was in such a state he didn't know where his apt was. And security was both clueless and useless. Truly the worst experience ever. Will never stay with this company again. Only reason we did was our go-to super spot was booked.

Perfect!

Everything about this place was perfect. Apartment was huge and the rooms were big with the fourth bedroom on the other side of the apartment offering privacy. The location was great. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and markets. Much better area than Gothic district. Communication for check in was seamless. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean and modern

The app didn't work well and made the check-in process time consuming and a bit stressful. The app also did not work well on an iPhone for opening the door, so an actual key had to be requested. The drains in the kitchen sink and shower were slow to drain. The staff was very helpful and the apartment was clean. There was no oven for cooking, only a cooktop and microwave.

Great space

The apartment was better than the pictures. We didn't eat any meals there so cannot comment on the kitchen. Pleanty big for the5 of us. One bedroom is very small, but still has a closet, and we used that as sort of a dressing room and storing luggage. Nice location, nice balcony, and very safe. We used Metro to get around for things like getting to the ocean. One recommendation is to purchase some ice trays for the freezer. Many people outside of Europe like to have ice around for water and cocktails.. Thanks. Highly recommended.
