Summary:

Welcome to our lovely studio in Las Palmeras with a perfect location right next to the port, beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The apartment is located in the Hotel Palmeras building with limited access to facilities, as it is not part of the hotel. The condominium swimming pool is only open in high season. Outside the hotel you will find a wide choice of restaurants, activities (bike rental, jet skis, parasailing, etc.) and nightlife for all ages!



The Space:

When you open the door to the studio you first have the bathroom with bath and shower to the right into the studio so you have the kitchen that is equipped with where you need to cook lighter meals and breakfast.The living room is modernly decorated with a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted smart TV and a covered balcony with afternoon sun and a small dining group.



The apartment is fully equipped with A / C (cooling and heating) WIFI, Washing machine and full kitchen (separate oven)



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!





Buildings are being built near the apartment, but it is not known exactly when they will be completed.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is open only in high season and is located in a different building.



At the moment, there are construction works in the approximate vicinity of the apartment that might cause an inconvenience.



- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
