The Coach House is a detached property resting in Cranwell Village near Leasingham, Lincolnshire. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a double with a double sofa bed, en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, together sleeping four people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as access to an external gym. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars on a shared drive via electric gates and a garden area table and chairs, barbecue and two sun loungers. The Coach House is superb base for exploring Lincolnshire.
Amenities: Gas central heating and underfloor heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for two cars on a shared drive via electric gates. Garden area table and chairs, barbecue and two sun loungers. Six pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Note: Please take care on the staircase.
