Property was excellent and in a great spot.I did find there was far too much hassle, after initially booking, with registration forms, deposits etc.Too much communication from Prim that wasn't required, but none when the known issue of the broken washing machine that was left with dirty towels in it for our arrival. Even with accommodating an initial attempted repair and chasing up, we never received any further information and did not have use of the washing machine for the duration of the stay (this had been one of my criteria for booking a property due to length of stay).
