Lovely and interesting property

Made to feel extremely welcome by Pierre. Plenty of help and suggestions for our stay. Property is lovely, and the pictures on line do not do it justice. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Very restful spot

We spent a comfortable week at Authiou. The gite is spacious and is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Unfortunately, we were unable to spend much time in the garden because of the unseasonably chilly weather, but it is very peaceful and would provide plenty of shade in hot weather. We enjoyed walks round the village, watching little owls, barn owls and roe deer. Pierre is a very good host and has prepared an excellent booklet with information on shops, markets restaurants, excursions and walks. It was very helpful and we made full use of it.

Wir haben drei hochsommerliche Wochen mit der Familie in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut und stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Der Garten mit Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist einfach grandios mit seinen großen, Schatten spendenden Bäumen - absolut ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Trotz der sehr ländlichen Lage gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, insbesondere ist der Bäcker in Prémery und der Käsestand auf dem Markt in Brinon sehr zu empfehlen (beide 15min mit dem Auto). Zur Abkühlung diente uns der Étang du Merle (25min). Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Ruhe, Entspannung und Natur pur

Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen! Die endlose Weite und absolute Ruhe haben uns fasziniert und gut getan! Wir durften Land & Leute kennenlernen und wurden von unserem Gastgeber ganz wunderbar mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen (und Gemüse aus dem Garten) versorgt - vielen Dank dafür! Die Küche im Haus hat eine außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung - man kann sich super selbst versorgen! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

La maison est très agréable, avec un charme rustique mais néanmoins bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Son propriétaire est également charmant, et a préparé pour ses visiteurs une série de conseils pour découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Douce France!

Wir (Frau + Mann + Hund) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Soffin! Anfangs war's kalt, später heiß, und das Haus ist perfekt bei jedem Wetter, man kann vor dem Kamin kuscheln oder sich draussen im großen, wilden Garten unter die Bäume legen und in die Baumkronen träumen. Die Landschaft ist sehr besonders, man denkt an Veduten des 18. Jahrhunderts: Eichen, Eschen, rauschende Pappeln, schöne alte Dörfchen hie und da, und eine ungeheure Weite und Ruhe, die ganz selten ist heutzutage - man sieht oft mehr Rehe und Vögel auf den Feldern als Menschen und Autos, geschweige denn Touristen...Sehenswürdigkeiten im klassischen Sinne gibt es dafür keine in der Nähe - die Landschaft ist die Sehenswürdigkeit! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und das ganze Haus wunderbar geschmackvoll "à la campagne" eingerichtet - und Monsieur de Becque und seine Frau sind sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeber, die viel über die Gegend erzählen können und immer erreichbar sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sonnenblumen und Getreide

Im sehr abgeschieden liegenden Soffin haben wir viel gelesen und die Terrasse genossen. Mit den Kindern waren wir einige Male am Etang du Merle zum Baden. Sehr nett war der Umgang mit dem Vermieter M. de Becque, der nebenan wohnt.

Heerlijk huisje!

Bijzonder smaakvol, sfeervol en uitstekend geoutilleerd huisje! Indeling verdieping is een beetje onhandig, maar met enige goede wil overkomelijk. De omgeving is met de vele bloeiende bomen (rozen)struiken en het rijpend graan werkelijk van een romantische pracht rond deze tijd.. Fijn ruim terras en diepe tuin. En aardige behulpzame eigenaar.

Wohlfühloase am westlichen Morvan

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus bietet alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht und ist technisch auf neuesten Stand. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist perfekt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen sehr ansprechenden Örtchen und hat einen großen verwunschenen Garten, der angenehm schattige Plätze bietet. Es ist ein gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt zum Kennenlernen der näheren und ferneren Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zugewandt und hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen versorgt. Wir und unser Hund haben uns drei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Un été magnifique en Bourgogne!

Wir haben mit Freunden zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Landhaus verbracht, das von seiner Besitzerin ganz liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. In jeder Ecke gab es etwas Schönes zu entdecken. In diesem heißen Sommer war vor allen Dingen nachmittags der große schattige Garten ein bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort. Abends war es eher die Terrasse mit Blick auf einen unglaublichen Sternenhimmel. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle mit guten Tipps. Vielen Dank an Mme. und M. de Beque, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Calme et beauté de la campagne

Accueil très sympathique de la part de M. De Becque et de Nicole qui fait l'entretien, la maison est charmante et au calme, elle conserve bien la fraicheur au rez de chaussée (nous avons pu tester en période de canicule...) l'étage chauffe un peu plus mais nous arrivions à le ventiler en ouvrant pour la nuit et donc nous avons parfaitement bien dormi. La maison est très agréable avec différents coins salon, la cuisine est bien équipée (four performant, lave-vaisselle neuf, beaucoup d'ustensiles et plats divers c'est appréciable, pas de micro-onde mais nous n'en avions pas besoin). Le seul petit bémol est la maintenance des toilettes et des salles de bain qui sont vraiment vieillissantes même si tout fonctionne. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce village paisible et la douceur des paysages.

Au calme à la campagne

La maison a du charme ( jardin, rez-de-chaussée) mais l'ensemble de l'installation et des équipements nécessiterait une rénovation : wc, douche, salle de bains, cuisine. .. ainsi qu'une mise au goût du jour indispensable. Tarif un peu haut pour une prestation très moyenne.....

Ferien in ruhiger Gegend

Schöner grosser Garten. Altes schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Schöne Städte, Never, Carité sur Loir, Clamecey Vézelay usw., für Ausflüge sind nicht weit.

Très beau séjour

La maison est très agréable, chaleureuse, bien décorée et on s’y sent très rapidement chez soi. La campagne environnante est très bucolique et il y a de jolies promenades à faire à partir de la maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants.Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour de Noël en famille. À noter : les deux chambres du premier étage sont en enfilade et la salle de bain se trouve au bout de la deuxième chambre. Prévoir le budget chauffage pour l’hiver: Environ 150 € la semaine pour chauffer raisonnablement la maison malgré une grande douceur à l’extérieur (environ 12°).

Wir wurden herzlich und fürsorglich in unserem wunderschönen Urlausdomizil von Ingrid und Pierre (Bürgermeister) betreut. Wir verbrachten 14 wundervolle Tage, ruhig und abgelegen in dem kleinen Dorf Soffin und mit unserem 20 jährigen Kater Jerry. Wir hatten wunderschöne Wanderungen abseits der Großstadthektik. steinernes Landhaus im Burgund mit Charme

Wir suchten ein ruhiges französisches, einfaches Landhaus im Burgund und haben es im Burgund-Nievre gefunden. Ein authentisches Landleben mit gutem selbstgekochten, lokalem Essen, viel Platz in der Sonne und Schatten oder am Kamin im Hause, bei Spaziergänge und Ausflüge zur Erkundung der romanische und gotische Kunst nach u.a. Vezelay, Sancerre (Cher), Chablis und in der Naturpark Morvan hat jedem in der Familie etwas geboten.

Burgund pur!

Der Ort Suffin und das Haus der Familie Becque wirken wie eine Zeitreise in das Leben auf dem Lande vor unbestimmten Zeiten. Losgelöst von Zeit und Raum ist Erholung und Stille garantiert. Die Ausstattung und Biblothek des Hauses laden zum Verweilen ein, gerade in den grauen Wintertagen wärmt der grosse Kamin auf das Beste.
