Hertogenvilla Prestige has plenty of light and space, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 170m2.



From the entrance hall, you enter the modern lounge with a spacious seating area with television, a cosy gas fireplace and a dining area. The villa has an open-plan kitchen fitted with luxury appliances and a cooking island The kitchen has a boiling water tap, combi-oven oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.



The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, with a shower and a double washbasin. One of the bathrooms even has a bath. Thanks to the metre-high glass façade at the rear of the villa, there is plenty of natural light inside and stunning views of the surrounding area.



Outside, you can have a lovely stay on the furnished garden patio with outdoor fireplace. From the lounge, there is access to this patio.



You can also enjoy free WiFi during your stay. Near the villa you have access to 2 parking spaces. Several holiday homes are equipped with a charging station for electric cars. When making your reservation, you can indicate your preference (based on availability), for a fee.
