On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, while the living room offers a cozy sofa and SAT TV for relaxing evenings. From the living area, there is access to a spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 and a stone barbecue – perfect for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, there are three additional spacious bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms, except the naturally cool one on the ground floor, are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. From the upper floor, you can access a shaded terrace with a sea view, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, ensuring cold drinks are always at hand.
The outdoor areas of Villa Magdalea are beautifully designed. The large garden with various shaded spots invites relaxation.
