The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. The large dining table seats eight guests comfortably, while the living room features a leather sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for two people. A large 55-inch TV offers entertainment for relaxing evenings.
The living room opens onto the spacious terrace with a heated 26 m² pool. The terrace is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy.
