Beautiful living room with large and elegant tear-drop style French Invicta wood burning stove, expansive comfy corner sofa & TV with Netflix for cosy evenings in. Dining area with stunning Indian seating for ten.

PLAYROOM
Separate playroom with TV, PlayStation and toys, books and games for kids of all ages.

OUTSIDE
Large rear garden featuring high spec Hot Tub, decked dining area with seating for 10.

BATHROOMS
Three bathrooms in total comprising of two shower rooms and one ensuite bathroom.
Supersoft cotton towels provided to each guest for their stay.

The bedrooms are furnished in hypoallergenic bedding with high-quality 100% natural linen Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Facilities available for house-trained dogs. Please contact the owner if you would like to stay with more than one dog.

BEACH
Beach mats, an outdoor, covered welly store and a few other beach necessities are supplied for guests use during their stay.

GENERALLY
The house and grounds have been designed for the comfort and pleasure of guests and are maintained professionally for that sole purpose.

Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the entire property.

Other things to note
The house will be cleaned in accordance with relevant government guidance re Covid-19.

The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and the water is replaced and dosed with sanitary chemicals before each and every party of guests arrive.

For reasons beyond the hosts control (such as faults occurring or cleaning staff being unavail) on occasion the hot tub may not be available for use at all during a guests stay. If this happens then guest will be refunded £75 by the host.
