Lovely water front family villa, in a perfect location right in the heart of Cala d´Or in one of the most popular, residential and peaceful areas with the famous Ibezian style village as Old Town.

The villa is within walking distance of the main town center with an extensive selection of restaurants with beautiful terraces, boutiques, shops and other amenities.

The Cala d´Or marina is one of the most beautiful marinas at the Majorcan Island and is within walking distance, about 10 minutes from the house. This property offers a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Cala d´Or.

This stunning villa is build right on the front line rocks of the charming Cala Petita beach with turquoise water and provides from the garden direct access to the sea. This sandy beach it is at 30 meters distance from the house.

From the entire house you enjoy breath taking views on to the beach, the bay and the fort called Es Forti.

You can enter the villa from the street by going through a gate. You step right into a garden. When you access the main door you find a spacious open plan lounge with dining area that leads you through opening French windows to the large terrace with stunning views and that is partially covered.

Next to the dining room you find the fully equipped kitchen.

The upper and lower floors are accessed by staircases from lounge. On the top floor you will find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the roof terrace.

On the lower floor are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have an independent bathroom to share with a bath and shower.

You can also find a drinks area here.

The pool and garden area are accessible from a side door on the lower floor. The pool area is surrounded by terraces. The entire garden is gated and secure.

On the lower floor there is an area that provides a small refrigerator and a sink to be able to get drinks without having to go to the middle floor. For the pool area plastic glasses are provide to stop customers using glass around the pool for their own safety.

Ideal location and excellent quality villa

Worked really well for 2 couples age 50s and a younger couple with a one year old who was just learning to walk (sorry about the little hand prints on the lower portion of all the doors to the terrace!). The layout is such that the younger couple with baby had a choice of the 3 bedrooms on the lowest level, which was safe for the baby, the lounge/dining/kitchen area was on the floor above and the older adults had the peace and privacy of the floor above that.

Excellent location for the town, the beach and the marina, yet in a quiet residential area. Very spacious and well-equipped property.

We particularly liked the marina for eating out. Enjoyed Majorcan cooking at Proas twice. Can also recommend pre-dinner cocktails at Fowlers just off the road to the marina.

Excellent Villa in an excellent location

Just returned from great week in Majorca staying in the beautiful Villa Acuarela. The Villa was even better than expected, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, very clean and tidy and furnished very nicely. The photographs of this villa do not do it justice the view of the beach and the sea are amazing. If I had to find any negatives at all about this property it would be that the pool was very cold and there are a lot of steps so not ideal for the less mobile. We would 100% recommend this villa and will definitely be returning.

The perfect location for a group holiday.

Villa very well stocked, with everything in good order, very quiet area, yet only five minutes from restaurants, shops car required.Direct access from the villa into the sea and meters from a small sandy beach. Our family holiday was to celebrate our Golden Wedding, we all had a memorable time, especially our three infant grandchildren! Service from the managers was very professional. We had a special meal at the Aquarius restaurant by the Marina. Have already recommended Villa Acuarela to many friends, we hope to return to "the perfect location".

Beautiful location

It was perfectly situated with garden access to the sea and beach. The view from the house and garden were spectacular. The photos of the outside of the property did not in fact do it justice, it was much nicer. We were a little disappointed that one of the downstairs bedrooms was quite damp, but the rest of the villa was totally lovely. The property is in a quiet road but only minutes from the shops and restaurants and the beach was on the doorstep

Absolutely Fantastic !

Picturesque yet facilities for everyone, the perfect family holiday. Sandy beaches (Cala's) clear blue warm sea and fabulous food, either relax by the pool or swim the fifty metres to the sandy beach ( you can of course walk there but then its probably100 metres). We will return sooner than later in fact wish we were there now!

The house is situated at only 100 meters from Cala d’Or luxurious Marina which is full of gourmet restaurants with stunning views of the various Yachts and Cruisers.

The nearest supermarket is at approximately 200 meters walk away from the property. Cala d’Or centre is in the direct area and you will find everything that this beautiful town provides.

Visit neighbouring Porto Petro, a Mallorcan village by the sea where waiters carry plates of delicious seafood across the road to the pavement cafe on the quay.

In the direct area of the villa there are all kind of sports and activities to do for the whole family like golf, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, Son Amar show, Pirates, island tour, glass bottom boat trips, little train to cross Cala d’Or, go to the Cala Mondragó beach and many more.
