Villa Kalypso

Almost at the tip of the Liakas peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Kalypso enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There's a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away. Although it may be hard to get yourself off the floating pool beds with that amazing sea view.

Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just under 10 mins drive away in the village of Spartia , where there is also a couple minimarkets and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice of tavernas & supermarkets it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Outside Villa Kalypso
Swimming Pool - Tiled, 10m x 5m private pool with roman step entry, air jets inside the pool as well as external jet massage. Depth 1.20m - 1.60m. Pool ledge 0.12m with cushioned sun loungers to bath whilst in the water, to make most of the stunning sea views.
Sea View Pool Terrace - tiled terrace with sun beds and pergola sun shade.
Sea View Covered Terrace - spacious tiled terrace with rattan sofa set, purpose built stone barbecue, sink, dining table with chairs.

Ground Floor - Open plan living room
Sitting area - Comfortable L shaped sofa, Sat TV (limited channels/news only), DVD, CD player, floor to ceiling patio windows that overlook the terrace, pool and sea. Air con unit.
Dining Area – Wooden table and seating for 6.
Kitchen Area – Double sink with window above to rear garden., 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Family WC - Wash hand basin, WC.
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room – Double bed, bedside table & lamps, large mirror and open wardrobe. Walk in shower with rain shower attachment, WC and hand basin. Floor to ceiling sliding patio door to terrace overlooking the pool and sea view. Air con unit.
Twin Bedroom with en suite shower room – Two single beds, bedside table & lamps, large mirror and wardrobe. Walk in shower with rain shower attachment, WC and hand basin. Window to terrace overlooking the pool and sea view. Air con unit.

First Floor
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, bedside tables & lamps, large mirror and chair, wardrobes. Tiled walk-in shower, with rain shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC. Two windows facing out to the sea view. Air-con Unit.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is a two space for two parking area inside the villa grounds which is covered.
