44 Heritage Park is a detached lodge on Heritage Park holiday site in Stepaside, just over a mile from Kilgetty, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a decked veranda to the front and side of the lodge with furniture. With beaches nearby and the lovely seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby within reach, 44 Heritage Park is a perfect choice for a break in South Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Outdoor decked veranda to front and side with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile, beach 2.2 miles. Note: Although all-ground-floor, there are 4 steps up to the veranda and a step at the entrance
