This VRBo is infested with mold. It smells very strongly, and the shower tiles are terrible layed, with huge gaps of grout missing and black mold clearly growing behind the tiles. Like 4-5 big tiles with no grout in in an unventilated moist bathroom. There 1 window but no light or ventilation in this appartment to air it out or combat the mold. It was the end of our 2 week trip and I was exhausted and didn’t feel like dealing with finding a new place. I regret that deeply though, I ended up getting a terrible allergic reaction to the mold, with a rash on my body and servere sinus issues. When I reached out to the host about the mold I got zero response. I actually had to spend more on my drs appt then the vrbo itself (yay USA healthcare) I didn’t realize the mold was the cause till I got back to the us and had to go to the drs to get help and they said I tested positive for mold in my blood system. 3 days later and I am still recovering from this illness and very sick and uncomfortable. I DO NOT recommend this place, especially if you have a long term stay you will end up with health complications. The host is nice and the place was in a good location, and looks as advertised in the photos other than the black mold. But not worth saving a few dollars at the expense of your health.

Su ubicacion y sencillez son sus cualidades, que podrian mejorar con detalles de mantenimiento y contemplar el proveer al huesped de colcha o frazada por la condicion climatica ee la ciudad, cosas que un turista de paso dificilmente lo trae consigo. Por lo demas muy bien

Great location, not that good communication

The place is in a great location, doesn’t get a lot of natural light and you need to keep the dehumidifier on, but its a good place for a good price. Its a little doficultad the communication with the host.

La cama era muy incomoda

Dormimos fatal toda la estancia porque el colchón se unde muchísimo. Las almohadas son muy antiguas e incómodas tambienTuve que dormir en el sofá varias veces, que tampoco era muy cómodo. La ventana da un patio de luces, por lo que es muy oscuro. En las fotos da sensación de ser otra cosa.Por otro lado, en general estaba limpio y eso se agradece.

BonjourNous sommes déçu du logement, première fois que nous réservons sur abritel mais pas concluant. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages à l’hôte à partir du site abritel nous avons eu aucun retour ensuite Nous sommes Arrivé à la porte du logement est nous avons attendu 45 mn avant que l’hôte nous ouvre la porte et explique la procédure pour récupérer les clés, le logement est très très humide, l’odeur de l’humidité est insupportable porte

Très décevant

La location est très sombre (besoin de lumière en tout temps) et humide. Tout est du rafistolage (prises électriques arrachées des murs, carrelages de la douche qui se décollent, mobilier plus que rudimentaire). Grosse fuite d'eau venant du plafond dans la cuisine, rien pour éponger (achat de serpillières à nos frais)L'hôte a été contacté a deux reprises mais rien n'a été fait. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Die Unterkunft war zwar in einem Hinterhof gelegen, jedoch war es trotzdem bisschen laut, da dort Maschinen liefen, die ständig klapperten. Im Küchenbereich drang Regenwasser über die Decke ein, sodass der Boden bis zur Tür nass war. Leider gab es keinen extra Lappen, um das Wasser zu beseitigen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis akzeptabel. Die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich über WhatsApp mit Übersetzungsfunktion, da der Vermieter nur Spanisch spricht.

Small, dark apartment in fair condition

The apartment is located in a backyard with no natural light. Fortunately, the electric lighting is sufficient.I'd say the only positive thing is the absence of noise. The apartment is not in very good condition : the walls are dirty, with black marks around the light switches; the fridge is in poor condition, with rust and mould, and the freezer is full of ice.In the bathroom, the shower tiles are completely falling apart, and water is seeping into the wall.In the kitchen, the utensils are loose in the corner of the cupboard, and the plates are sticking together.With no windows, air conditioning and a dehumidifier are needed to purify the air.Frankly, it's pretty mediocre and would really deserve a serious renovation.The photos on the site are accurate, but far from showing the creepy details.As you don't want to spend any more time there than you have to, it's a great way to explore the town early in the morning.It's a 30-minute walk to the Plaza Mayor.

Sucio y húmedo

El apartamento no estaba limpio, me encontré una bolsa de basura en la estantería llena de bolsas, es muy humedo y los electrodomésticos hacen mucho ruido. La localización es muy buena. Si los propietarios tuvieran el piso limpio impecable sería un apartamento muy acogedor pero sin cuidar la limpieza le doyuna puntuación muy baja
