Our Dad spent whole life in CT and dreamt of retiring to beautiful Sanibel Island after a family vacation back in the 80's. Shortly thereafter, my family returned to Sanibel to see several properties for sale and we settled on the best...Pointe Santo B47 was the place to be! We have put our heart and soul into our vacation home since the 80's and it remains in our family for generations to come.

What makes this Condo unique
Our corner condo in B building is unique in that it is only condo in B building that has 3 large, floor to ceiling windows in the living room adjacent to the large sliders that open to the screened lanai. This creates a corner wall of windows where the panoramic view of Pointe Santo and the Gulf cannot be missed! On top of that, there is a spiral staircase on the lanai that leads to your private rooftop sundeck!

Perfect location!! Great beach and amenities.
The condo met all of our expectations for a beach vacation. Especially nice was the well equipped storage locker that has everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, cooler, beach toys. Pointe Santo has one of the best beaches along that part of the island. We noticed that at high tide some condos' beach area was very narrow, but there was always plenty of room at Pointe Santo.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Sanibel in mid August. The condos location on the island is great; close to the main activity on Periwinkle Way, yet far enough away on Casa Ybel Road to feel like private property. The views from both the lanai and roof-top deck are incredible. The condo was beautiful, very clean and appeared exactly as shown in the web-site pictures. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't ask for a better experience and look forward to returning soon.

Awesome Holiday Stay
We were guests in unit B47 for the week between Christmas & New Years. The unit was very neat & clean and well appointed. Everything needed was provided; beach chairs, 2 bikes (older single speed but functional,) beach toys, tennis racquets. Roof top deck was a fantastic addition and it will be hard to stay anywhere else that doesn't provide one! Views are exceptional. Unit is very close to the beach and overlooks the beautifully kept landscaping in the Pointe Santo development. The development is centrally located, and just a short bike ride to Baileys, Periwinkle Way & Tarpon Bay for kayaking, SUP, etc. Quiet development and very well maintained. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We have been coming to Sanibel Island/Pointe Santo for 25 years! This unit by far, was the best that we have stayed in. It was truly as advertised. We found the unit to be spotless and the amenities provided, exceptional. Loved all the glass and the ability to see the ocean from the living room. And the roof-top sundeck? INCREDIBLE!
