After the huge success of my first holiday home, Honeysuckle House, I’m delighted to share this lovingly styled two-bedroom terraced cottage – perfect for a restful stay and just a 10-minute walk to Oakham Train Station and the bustling high street.

One with a super king (6ft) bed

One compact room with a king (5ft) bed

(Note: no space to walk around the foot of the bed, but you'll sleep like royalty!)

A private courtyard and intimate garden space – ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. A secure shed for bike storage, perfect for cyclists exploring Rutland Water or countryside trails

🚿 Bathrooms & Practicalities, Full upstairs bathroom with shower over bath

Additional downstairs toilet and basin,  On-street parking available – usually right outside or at the top of Kings Road
