The Coach House is a detached property resting in Roston near Rocester, Derbyshire. It comes with one super-king-size bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), sleeping up to four people. Completing the interior is a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner. Sitting room with electric fire. The Coach House is a great choice for a holiday in Derbyshire.

Within the village you will find the site of a Roman fort and is home to the famous JCB factory, as well as a number of shops and pubs. Within close reach is Peak District National Park with historic houses, market towns, moorland, offering a plethora of things to do.
