The property is relatively quiet and conveniently located. Bedding and linens fine. Main refrigerator did not work, nor did stove fan. Basement bedroom is cool but damp and requires dehumidifier in wet weather but in hot summer keep door ajar. Headboard housed in basement closet covered in mildew. Laundry machine worked but no dry rack. Hot water faucet in lower shower temperamental. Basement outdoor chairs rusty and covered in polin, dust. Fans key for upstairs kitchen area, needed in bedroom on main floor. Enough plates, bowls, and cutlery but no sharp knives. I donated cork screw wine opener to property. Kitchen needs more glassware. Spare refrigerator worked but took up space in dining room. Microwave worked. No hot water issues. Balcony off of kitchen covered in polin. Beds were very/too soft in case you have a bad back. Like most spots, photos made property look much bigger than reality. The staircase is well built and easily "best feature" of property having lived in multiple London homes with horrible, cracked, dangerous staircases. Things to bring/buy. Scissors. Sharp knife. Rubbish bags [had recycle bags]. Plastic cups. Paper towel. Olive oil. Ground pepper [had salt]. Kitchen area has a sharp corner cabinet above bin--be careful. Needs a rubber corner guard to protect tenant heads. Toaster worked fine. Their pans, pots, and coffee gear all worked--including press, bonus. Doors locked fine. I'd return if rate is dash more reasonable. Park access is nice feature.
