Apartment Description

Situated in the popular Port of Alcudia, this apartment is conveniently located near the renowned Bellevue resort. The stunning sandy beaches of Mallorca are just an 11-minute walk away. The communal pool, open year-round, measures 12x5 metres.

Description

The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped with modern appliances, including a cooker, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Large patio doors open onto the terrace, which features a table with six metal chairs, four additional chairs, four deck chairs, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The terrace is shaded by an arbour and provides direct access to the pool.

The living room includes two sofas and a 55” LED flat-screen Google TV, offering numerous free channels with films and series in various languages.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies that overlook the pool terrace.

The apartment has four air-conditioning units: one in the living room downstairs and one in each bedroom upstairs. The units in the living room and the main bedroom are included in the basic rental price. The other two units can be rented for an additional €5 per day each, payable in cash upon arrival.

There are two family bathrooms: one upstairs with a shower/bath, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a smaller one downstairs with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Child-Friendly Features

A cot, baby chair, bed barrier, and playpen are provided at no extra cost. Safety measures are in place on the stairs to prevent children from accessing the pool area, which can be locked with a key if necessary.

Internet Access

The apartment offers a private unlimited 600 Mbps fibre internet connection available via WiFi, suitable for connecting mobile devices, tablets, laptops, etc.

House Manual

A comprehensive manual is available in the house, explaining how to use all the appliances, including the TV and dishwasher.

Important Information

- This is a family-oriented residential resort. If you are looking to host parties, drink, play loud music, or come and go at late hours, this house is not suitable for you. Parties are prohibited, and strict noise restrictions are in place. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction.

- Additionally, please ensure compliance with the minimum age requirement as stated on Vrbo: the main guest must be at least 30 years old. Proof of age (national ID, passport, etc.) is required upon arrival. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied entry to the property without a refund.

We had a great stay in Alcudia at this great apartment which was perfect for our family of 5. The area is quiet so we mainly had the pool to ourselves but with friendly local neighbours who were really welcoming. A short walk to the beach and easy taxi to the port and other attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Nice stay in pre season

We had a nice time at this house. Unfortunately we could not use the outside place due to bad weather.The location was good so that we were able to walk to the beach with the kids. It was nice that there were some beach toys for the kids as well

Perfect spot next to the canal

A great spot for our family while my husband and son too part in the Iron Man. Spacious and clean and lovely having a large patio and 'en suite' pool!

Lovely place to stay!

We had a lovely 9 day stay at this place! Apartment was great, nice rooms and very Nice terass by the community pool. The apartment is close to everything around but still a bit away from all the noise and busy Streets. Great for the one Who want to have some relaxing time!

Paradise

Wonderful place to stay, clran tidy and has everything in it that you need. Close to beach, loval sgops, hydropark and many other things there is to do in the area. Grandkids loved the pool and that gave mum and dad and us grandparents a little tjme to relax. Would definitely stay here again, we havent even left yet and we are looking at dates for next year

Lovely holiday

We just had a lovely week in this villa. Was very clean and had everything you needed. Can not thank the owner Jordi enough for all of his help up to and during our stay. Boys loved the pool and the lake outside the front door! Would recommend as all shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance

relaxing break

lovely property, in quiet location a little walk away from the hustle and bustle. Great outside space and we loved having the pool just a few steps away! The only problem we had was with mosquitoes.

Great holiday stay

We recently had a great stay here. It is perfect for kids with all the cots, play pens, high chairs etc. the pool is great and hardly anyone uses it so it’s like a private pool. The outdoor area is great. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to supermarket, 30 min walk into port Alcudia. Highly recommend this place. I would only say that I would suggest the sink in the bathroom upstairs is replaced soon, the bath and shower both need resealing, and it would benefit in a bit better lighting outside.

Overall, we had a wonderful 8-night stay in this apartment. Communication with the host, Jordi, was seamless and his responses were always exceptionally fast. When we encountered an issue with the washing machine, he impressively had it replaced the very next day, even on a Sunday.The apartment was clean upon arrival, and the amenities such as the Smart TV, internet, and air conditioning all worked perfectly, though it's worth noting that full use of the AC incurs an additional charge. The pool area is well-maintained and was often quiet, which we enjoyed. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach all within a short 10-minute walk.The only area for improvement would be the furniture, as the beds and sofas felt quite dated. The bedding could also benefit from being updated. Despite this minor point, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay - a great apartment really practical for a family of teens & a toddler. (travel cot, highchair etc ) In a quiet area but walkable to shops resturants and lovely long Beach! 🌴. We loved the pool ! Most of time was just us using it . Theres bike hire nearby and also a Ranch nearby with horses, pony trekking & a petting zoo. Jordi was a super helpful host . We had a fun relaxing and memorable holiday !

Very good stay

Stayed in Jordi's house for almost 2 weeks with older children. We really liked this. Spacious house with lots of equipment. Very quiet location and about a 12-minute walk from the beach and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Communal pool is lovely and very quiet. A small point of criticism is the beds. They are very hard and not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks Jordi!

Great place to stay in Alcudia

My family of 6 really enjoyed this property. The pool is right out the back door, which my kids used daily. It's usually pretty empty. The home fit us all quite well. The home is located just off the main tourist trip of Alcudia - close enough to walk to the main drag, or to the beach. Internet worked well... I'd definitely stay here again. Keep in mind that the owner requires payment outside of VRBO to reduce fees. No big deal, but mentioning it here so you're aware.
