El apartamento Concha puede alojar cómodamente hasta seis personas, lo que lo convierte en una opción fantástica para familias o grupos de amigos. El salón-comedor está decorado con gusto, con grandes ventanales que llenan el espacio de luz natural y mesa para disfrutar de comidas en familia. Port d’Alcudia was a great base to explore the northern coast.

The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean and comfortable with very good air conditioning. The property did not have its own parking but this was not a problem as there was a large free car park a few minutes away.

The apartment was very good. Great view over the harbour, and everything as promised. Extraordinary good service from the rental company - provided us with extra key when we locked ourselves out. We stayed 3 adults in the apartment - nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Great apartment with what you need. Kitchen, enough bedroom and plenty of space. In the middle of Alcudia with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is within walking distance with sun loungers and fantastic swimming opportunities. Will certainly be back at the next opportunity.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment could not be in a more perfect location. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach and the marina. The views are outstanding. It is equipped with anything you could want for a long stay - extra towels, blankets, etc. We loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking with a large refrigerator and everything you need to cook. We were greeted with an amazing welcome package of wine and treats. The host was responsive our entire trip. Would highly recommend!!

Unbeatable location at the harbour of Alcudia

Brilliant location, everything you need within a short walk. The beach is 5mins walk away. The balcony overlooking the marina was perfect, a lovely view, although a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. Apartment has everything you'd need and the air con is great. We didn't have any problems with the Wifi and everyone (including two teenagers) was able to download and and use the internet as required.

Superb location, great facilities for several people. Lovely views, exceptionally good elevator (apt in the 4th floor). Three well sized bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning. Two dining areas, smaller one in the kitchen and bigger one in the living room. Good communication with the owner.

Port Alcudia Marina

Great apartment with a beautiful south facing balcony over looking the marina and harbour. It is located in the middle of the large pedestrian walkway full of shops and restaurants. Our second visit to Port Alcudia with vrbo and we will be back again. It is so nice I was reluctant to leave a review in case we make it too popular to book again! The apartment was large and clean with everything you need. Nice bottle of wine, crisps and fruit on the table when we arrived. Only small complaint is the wifi is very slow, could not stream anything but ok for web browsing.

Spacious property in spectacular location in Alcudia Port

This apartment on the 4th floor has a lift. It was presented in a clean condition. There was milk, water, fruit and wine provided, unfortunately we did not manage to drink the wine. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cyclists the apartment is perfect to access all the amazing routes and Pollensa close by. There are restaurants below the flat which can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of being on the port and people watching. Ristaurante La Cabana staff below got quite friendly with us and called us the “Vecinos”. There is no pool but it’s right next to the be beach. Loved our stay and would happily return.

The view is simply breathtaking. You are on the fourth floor with a big balcony overlooking Alcudia marina and bay. It is simply stunning to sit and watch the sun. the sea, the yachts, and the bustle of the people below. It faces dues south so you get the sun from dawn til dusk. The apartment itself is very big with three good size bedrooms and everything you need. The lounge and dining area is beautiful and full of character - it also shares the amazing view. The apartment is really well equipped with a fab welcome pack and all you need to keep things clean. Check in is easy. Parking is easy in surrounding side streets. Check out is dead easy - lock up and leave Agents were excellent - super helpful

Großzügiges Appartement

Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Da die Wohnung großzügig angelegt und vollständig ausgestattet ist, kamen wir uns nie eingeengt vor und konnten den Aufenthalt trotzdem genießen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Kommunikation mit Idealproperty. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Parkplätze in nächster Nähe und erst noch eine tolle Aussicht! Geruchsemissionen im Bad.

Das Apartment ist schön geräumig und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie ein Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Hafen von Alcúdia. Da es sich im 4. OG befindet ist auch abends, wo aufgrund der zentralen Lage von den Restaurants und Bars ein gewisse Lautstärke hinausgeht, nichts im Apartment zu hören. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch die Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tæt på lidoen, smuk udsigt, god strand tæt på med klart vand. Stor tilpas lejlighed til 5-6 personer og køkken med det hele. En 2 personers sofa mere. Der er plads nok.
