Description of „Villa Nova“ in Montgri/Empuriabrava:

Fully renovated (2014) single storey and detached holiday villa with air-conditioned 50 m² living room, large flat screen TV (French and foreign channels), wifi, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with beds of 90 cm contiguous or separated (optional), 1 bathroom with tub, sink and toilet and 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, 1 separate WC.
An independant air-conditioned master suite with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The panorama doors of the living room lead out onto the outdoor dining area on the covered terrace with a large table and 10 chairs. The large pool area is equipped with a barbecue, a boccia game field, a large heated pool (9x4m) with integrated hydromassage jets (close to the stairs), a water cascade, as well as a outdoor whirlpool for 5/6 persons and 6 sunbeds and a boccia playfield on the rear of the villa.

Driveway parking for up to 3 cars on the fully fenced property.

Pro:Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Nette Hausverwalterin (Dominique) die jederzeit bei jedem Anliegen zur Verfügung steht und alles zügig abwickelt und schnell reagiert. Contra:Was die Instandhaltung (z.B. elektr. Rollläden) betrifft, lässt diese ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Eine Reparatur der Außenanlage sollte nicht auf den Mieter abgewälzt werden, dafür gibt es eine Gebäudeversicherung und Hausmeister.

bei Ankunft wurde uns gesagt dass eine Heizung im Wohnzimmer nicht funktionieren würde und die andere im Flur würde aber genügen um das Wohnzimmer zu heizen ,was aber nicht stimmte , mussten Abends mit der Jacke Fernsehen .Im bereitgestellten Schlafzimmer funktionierte die Heizung auch nicht ,so dass Wir in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen sind , die Bettwäsche war unter aller Sau , zu klein und kaputt und dafür noch eine Gebühr erheben , haben Uns dann neue gekauft zum gleichen Preis. Am zweiten Sonntag war es dann sehr windig so dass die Einfahrtstür als Wir wegfahren wollten aus der Schiene gesprungen ist , also haben Wir angerufen ob jemand kommen würden um Sie wieder einzuhebeln , und dass noch immer keiner vorbeigekommen war um die Heizung zu reparieren , da wurde Sie ganz unfreundlich und gab Uns die Schuld mit dem Tor ,Wir hätten das Tor nicht richtig verriegelt ,was ja nicht der Fall war da Wir es ja öffnen mussten um rauszufahren, und wegen der Heizung hätten Wir es melden müssen , was ja auch Nonsens war da Sie Uns beim einchecken gesagt hatte dass das Gas nachgefüllt würde , und es wäre Sonntag und da käme keiner mehr , nach einer halben Stunde kam dann doch ein feiner Mann der das Tor wieder einhebelte . Übrigens bei der Abfahrt waren die Heizungen noch immer nicht repariert .

Hausbeschreibung

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni war sehr schön, das Haus hat allerdings einige Schönheitsmängel. Die Möbel im Aussenbereich sind alt und zum grossen Teil beschädigt. Die Stühle sind in der Sitzfläche so stark beschädigt das sie nicht mehr zu benutzen sind. Von den acht Liegen am Pool sind sechs Liegen ebenfalls defekt. Drei der insgesamt zehn Betten knarren so laut, das der Partner nicht schlafen kann. Die Aussenbeleuchtung funktioniert kaum. Das Gehäuse des Whirlpools ist Innen an einigen Stellen gerissen. Das gesamte Objekt könnte durch wenige Erneuerungen wieder zu einem sehr schönen Feriendomizil werden. Insgesamt im Moment so aber leider, zu teuer.

Tres belle villa

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette superbe villa, tres bien situee, provhe du centre ville. Nous avons egalement profité du jaccusi et de cette magnifique piscine au bord de laquelle nous avons pris tous nos petit-dejeuners, dejeuners et diners, sans oublier les coctails et le barbecue. Merci à Dominique (Danke you well !) et au propriétaire !!

La propriété est telle qu'elle est décrite. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Calme et sérénité. Agréable et apaisante. La piscine est à température idéale ainsi que le jacuzzi. Par contre une erreur insurmontable: deux cendriers aux couleurs du réal madrid. Ils ont passés la semaine au fond d'un tiroir.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla !!!

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla entspricht ganz der Beschreibung.Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier.Hatten Probleme am Anfang mit den deutschen Sender aber auch dieses wurde sofort vom Verwalter abgestellt.Es ist geräumig und sauber.Das einzige was ich ein wenig zu bemängeln hätte wäre das das Geschirr doch sehr knapp bemessen war für mehrere Leute und leider trotz Extrazahlung dauerte es von Samstag bis Mittwoch bis der Pool eine etwas angenehme Temperatur hatte.Aber wie gesagt würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Denn hier kann man sich rund herum wohl fühlen.Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

superbe villa

Villa conforme au descriptif . Bien agencée , bien équipée , nous avons en plus profité d'un temps très agréable pour l’arrière saison . 5 adultes et 3 enfants , nous avons tous pu profiter de la piscine chauffée. Contact très agréable avec les propriétaires. Seul point négatif , le séjour trop court... A conseiller sans hésiter.
