Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Pets

Great location!

The Ilikai is a terrific location! Being close to the beach, the Ala Moana mall, and Waikiki restaurants makes it a great place to stay. A view of the Friday fireworks is a bonus. The furnishings are showing wear, but the bed is comfortable.

Christmas Trip

Excellent location and good price for the time of year. One issue with a broken microwave but a new one replaced it within the day. Management was fast to communicate. Check in was super easy. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Ilikai 2040. Everything was exactly as expected and we enjoyed the comforts of the condo as well as the Aloha Cafe in the lobby level. We would have appreciated salt & pepper for our morning breakfast and some extra toiletries, but overall we couldn't have been happier, especially with the selection of excellent restaurants in the area. Highly recommend saying at this condo. Mahalo 🌺

Illikai 2040

Easy checkin, great location , large balcony. Condo is well stocked kitchen . Bathroom toilet needs to be secured as it moves when in use. Shower prices lukewarm water temp so no hot showers and A/C unit makes more noise than usual especially at night. Otherwise a decent condo . Ilikai is well located to beach , Ala Moana mall and other venues.

Elevator Issues

We were on 20th floor. Some days elevators completely out of service. We r elderly and had to climb 20 flights of stairs on multiple days. We r requesting compensation. Please call me at 408-210 2056.

Great location!

Super easy check in/out! About a 3 minute walk to the Hilton Lagoon as advertised. The bed was a king and super comfy! The hide-a-bed was probably okay for 7 nights but our 17 year old was feeling tired after that. Could use a new mattress maybe? A/C….worked great but sounded like a jet engine taking off. If you’re a light sleeper like me, defo bring ear plugs! Shower drain became clogged along with the suite next door. HVP dealt with it right away and we were pleased. Overall the suite was as advertised and although it could use a couple of upgrades we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for 2-3 people.

Great Value Great Location

The Ilikai property is amazing! Clean and up-to-date with great shops, restaurants and bar, plus a great location. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a perfect view of the fireworks on Friday night. We would definitely reserve this unit again. Absolutely no problems. One thing I would encourage the property managers to do is update the instructions. Parking at the Ilikai garage is $28, not $23, and the washers & dryers at the end of the hallway take credit cards only. I brought lots of change which we couldn't use. Thanks!

Location was great. Condo could have been cleaner when we arrived. The floors were dirty and cabinets needed wiped down. Trying to wash a load of clothes was a challange. Overall it was nice and Chris was great to deal with.

Great Waikiki Condo for 2

This condo is just perfect for 2, with a location close to the action on Waikiki Beach. The property is a little dated and the AC is a bit loud at night, but overall it is good value in a great location.

The view from the lanai is beautiful. Water was shut off for six hours for maintenance, this is a long time when you are only visiting for five days. We did not receive notification about this and only found out because we had friends staying in the same building.. We did not like the dining room, it was not clean and staff were wearing dirty clothes. Went first day but did not go back.

Good unit and a great locstion.

Unit was fine and location in building perfect. We have stayed in several units in the Ilikai and are familiar with the building. This unit has been recently painted and was in good condition and was clean. Furniture was good. Only complaints were minor. Dishwasher didn't work but we didn't really need it. A/C worked fine but was rusting and rusted pieces falling off onto lanai. Bathroom recently painted but baseboards notcreplaced. Kitchen was stocked adequately. Overall a good unit to rent.

Beste Aussicht auf das wöchentliche Feuerwerk am Freitagabend. Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zentrum und das Ala Moana Shoppingcenter sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings lässt das Geschirr etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Besteck ist teilweise rostig, mehr Blech als Cromargan. Spülmachiene sah aus, als ob sie schon länger nicht mehr funktioniert. Spülkasten im Bad lief andauernd voll, obwohl die Spülung nicht betätigt wurde.
