Contemporary Ocean view 2bed Carib Ocho Rios Condo

Our Contemporary ocean view condo is a beautiful, quiet, secure haven, in the middle of Ocho Rios, on the famous north coast of Jamaica. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo decorated for your comfort, your home away from home.

Guests will appreciate conveniences, such as free secure parking, free Wi-Fi, living/ dining area and a patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The condo is ideal for small groups, families, business travellers, adventurers and couples.

The condo is located on the ground floor in a secure complex with 24 hours security. You will enjoy air-conditioned bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a private patio with an amazing view of the ocean. Complimentary wireless internet access, flat screen smart tv's available for your entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire condo which consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/diner and living room. There is a patio with lounge chairs and amazing sea views.

Guests will also have access to the private beach, secure parking and communal areas.

Mahogany beach is only a convenient minute walk away to the front of the properties with free access to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

1) Sun Loungers are available to rent at Mahogany beach from the beach restaurant. Please let the security know the condo number (402) you are staying at when you go to the beach via the rear gate.

2) Downtown Ocho Rios: The walk to downtown Ocho Rios takes 10-15 minutes. You can call a cab if you wish to ride instead of walking. Public transportation has a red license plate with a PP sign.

3) This is a self-catering holiday accommodation, we provide the first round of toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, hand wash, bath soap or body wash. Please make provision to stock-up on these (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags and dish-washing liquid) and other necessary items that you will need to enhance your stay.

4) Bath towels and bed-linens are provided, but not replenished during your stay, we however provide a washing machine and dryer to assist you with your laundry needs.

5) The cleaning fee included at reservation is a one-off charge for cleaning the condo. This fee covers the extra expenses we incur for getting the place ready for check in and after guests check out. Housekeeping "DURING" your stay can be provided at an additional cost per housekeeping visit, if cleaning is desired. This should be requested 24hr in advance.

6) Please communicate your arrival and departure times and any changes.

7) Before checking out, please remember to check the bed and sofa for personal items such as clothing, jewellery, mobile phones, iPods etc to ensure you do not leave anything you need behind.

8) Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around the specified check in or check out times. Additional charges will be incurred subject to availability.

9) Not suitable for infants under 2 years.

10) Air condition (A/C) units are in the bedrooms only. We provide an industrial ceiling fan and standing fan in the living room. Ceiling fans are also in the bedrooms.

11) As part of our drive to be more Eco-Friendly, we have installed ECO-SENSORS on our A/C units. The A/C units will work thoroughly if all windows and doors are closed, including the bathroom door. If the doors or windows are left opened while the A/C is running, the A/C will switch off. You will need to restart the A/C with the remote if it switches off.

12) This complex also houses permanent residents so please be respectful and considerate in regards to noise levels while in the condo and in the common areas. If playing music in the condo please keep your music to moderate levels.

13) Gentle reminder of things completely out of our control:

* We cannot be held responsible for the lack of internet service caused by the supplier. Flow is our network provider, and is prone to experience disturbance in the area.

* We cannot be held responsible for power outages caused by the supplier. Jamaica Public Service (JPS) is the only electricity provider and is prone to experience disruptions in the area.

* We cannot be held responsible for water shortages, the National Water Commission is prone to disruptions.

* Jamaica is a tropical island prone to many insects such as lizards, crickets, bees, bugs, ants etc. Please always carry insect repellent.

* Potential for noise - there are occasional renovation work going on during the day time on other condos from 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.
