This beautiful villa is part of a 17 unit gated community with 24/7 security. There is a swimming pool on site and large gazebo. Guest have free access to the private cove beach 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk.
This is home away from home, with 3 large rooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living and dining area. The kitchen boast lots of modern amenities such as the latest instaview LG refrigerator, over mount microwave , air fryer, ninja blender , rice cooker , Keurig coffee machine, toaster over , toaster and more.
For your safety there is a fire and carbon monoxide detector in every room and in the common area, there is wall mounted fire extinguisher available as well as first aid kid. There are 2 security cameras at the rear of the property as well as door bell with camera.
There is high speed WiFi through out property.
When one just want to hang out in the backyard..there is a hammock, backyard furniture, and a gas grill with burner.
For the exercise enthusiast, there is a jump rope , yoga mat, resistant band, dumb bell, Pilate ring etc.
Airport transportation to and from property can be pre-arranged at an additional cost, base on availability of vehicle.

Knutsford bus service and courier service is walking distance from property, they also offer airport transport, and transport to various other towns.

The property is within walking distance to various amenities such as boots pharmacy, supermarket,pharmacy, soccer field, polo club, the famous scotchie,s jerk center is 3 mins walk, close by walking distance to a newly open KFC, Starbucks and others.
7 mins drive to world famous Dunns River Falls, short drive to mystic mountain, dolphin cove, blue hole , calypso river rafting , and much more 20 mins drive to puerto seco beach and chukka cove - minus traffic.

If this is not enough, head to Ocho Rios town for choice of restaurants, shopping and banking.
