We have lived in Upton St Leonards for over 10 years and created this space for family and friends to stay when visiting. Our children are all grown up now and we have opened the space for visitors to enjoy the area and support our local community economy.

Private, quiet and yet a short drive away from Cheltenham Spa and Gloucester Docks for restaurants, shopping and the world famous Cheltenham races. We are near Coopers Hill which hosts the annual Cheese Rolling event and close to the Cotswold Way for lovely walks and traditional Cotswold pubs.

Breakfast basket provided. The bedroom balcony faces west and the sunsets are beautiful as the sun falls behind Nut Hill. Close to working farms and deer can often be seen in the early mornings walking across the fields.
