Having lived in London, Brussels, and Athens for almost 20 years, I finally settled home to Cyprus. I have worked for over 30 years in the IT & Finance private sector, now retired into Holiday Property Rentals & Management for the last 8 years.
I am the Owner, Host, and Manager of a few select seaside properties in the area of Protaras & Ayia Napa, as well as this breathtaking mountain property, solely aiming to provide, on behalf of trusted friends and associates, a high level of hospitality and personalized Management, a...."home away from home"!

I will be more than happy to Meet and Greet you on arrival or morning of next day if you arrive late, to explain and show you a few things about the villa and provide any information, advice or suggestions of things to do, in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible

Located in Protaras, 200 metres from Vrisoudia Beach and 550 metres from Sirena Bay Beach, Villa Pomelo provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. This villa has a private pool, a garden and free private parking.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the villa.

Trinity Beach is less than 1 km from Villa Pomelo, while National Forest Park Kavo Gkreko is 11 km away.

ADDITIONAL RULES
- One Baby Cot and one High Chair are provided free of charge. Additional Baby Cots are rented each at EUR 5 per day, EUR 30 per week. High Chairs are rented each at EUR 3,50 per day, EUR 21 per week. A number of baby/child accessories can also be provided on request at a very reasonable additional daily/weekly charge.

* The Villa is available for rent to families and couples over the age of 23. No single-sex groups or groups under the age of 23 yrs. of age are allowed.
* No Parties, Events, Celebrations, Hens or Bachelors of any kind are allowed without the consent of the Host.
* This is a residential property, Guests are required to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
* Entry and/or stay of persons not residing in the Villa are strictly forbidden.
* No loud music or rowdiness at any time.
* Respect at all times for the Residents and the Neighbours.
* No smoking inside the Villa.
* No pets allowed.
* Keep and leave the Villa clean & tidy at all times.
* For younger Groups, there is an additional Security Deposit for Damages of EUR500, payable in Cash on Arrival and fully Refundable in Cash on Departure, upon inspection of the Villa.

Villa Pomelo is located in a tranquil and privately enclosed spot. Three sandy beaches are located within just a few minutes' walks from the villa, Sirena Bay, Saint Trinity, and Kalamies. A mini-supermarket, an ice cream parlor, a cafeteria, and a typical English pub are very close nearby. Aigialos & Onasis Fish Restaurants and Sirena Bay Beach Bar & Restaurant, are also just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Hotels nearby are Crystal Springs Beach, Golden Coast, and Atlantica Sea Breeze

Neighborhood overview
Pernera in Cyprus is probably not one of the best-known resorts on the East coast but it is certainly one of the nicest. Nestling below a hill this pretty little town has plenty to offer and holidaymakers return there year after year. The main street sweeps right down to the seafront where there are several sandy bays protected by stone outcrops.
Pernera beach itself is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the eastern coast of Cyprus. All of the beaches around Protaras have fine sandy beaches with calm clear blue waters which make them an excellent choice for families with young children. The Protaras offers an abundance of watersports including diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, paragliding, water-skiing, jet-skiing, speed boats, and banana boat rides. Pernera has its own dive centre which offers everything from dives for beginners and fish feeding dives to dives to the Zenobia wreck which is one of the world's top diving wrecks.
